Save-On One Hr Cleaners

RUDE!!! They made me come back 2 TIMES just because they didn’t know where they put my cap for my graduation. When I finally received my cap it wasn’t even clean, it looked the SAME. Then my mom asked for a refund and the lady got all mad at my mom tell her she can pick it up the next day that she wasn’t going to give my mom a refund even though they didn’t clean my cap. They are not organize. Never coming back.

I brought my flat panel drapes in just before our Christmas party last year. When i picked them up they were puckered and had a strange roll to the edges. They said they would try and press them flat. A week later they were no better and I was asked if i would allow them to dry clean them again. This did not help. I was told that Miguel Jr the manager would take care of me. It took numerous calls before i reached him. He told me to replace them and they would take care of me. Just before Christmas and a big party, my options ended up limited. i paid more for drapes i was not crazy about but they were in stock and WASHABLE! I made several trips to the store after making appointments with Miguel. He was a no show with babysitter problems according to his sister who worked there. Phone calls and excuses and finally i caught him off guard when I showed up unannounced. I do understand that things happen and did not feel right charging them for buying more expensive drapes. I asked for the cost of the old drapes and the $ 60 dry cleaning charge. Would you believe this business has no checking account? They didn’t have enough money and Miguel asked about going to the 711 for a money order. The $ 60 was promised to be in the mail that week. A month has passed. No check. Something is funny about this business. Stay away. They do a lousy job and don’t keep promises. They just don’t care. They got one star because at least Miguel’s mom was polite.

They’re really cheap, but you get what you pay for. I made the mistake of bringing a very expensive leather doublet in, and it came back faded like they threw it through a generic washing machine with cracks in the leather.

MAD MEN SUIT AND CLOTHES DRY-​CLEANED
Two weeks ago for my sister’s wedding I had numerous Banana Republic Mad Men apparel that needed to be dry cleaned: two sports coats, two dress shirts, tie, and a suit. I notified the worker that each clothes had instructions for cleaning. He reassured me that his mom always looks at the instructions for every clothes she cleans. He asked me what degree level of starch I want on my dress shirt. I requested heavy starch. When I picked up the clothes about less than a week later I was impressed how each clothes were super crisp in their appearance. For that amount I paid for these clothes I wanted good, quality service. Overall I pleased with the service.

I use this cleaner coz they are pretty cheap… They are not the best cleaners i have used. But gets the job done. I however havent had any damaged clothes yet… And yes… A $ 1 charge for a card transaction… Who carries cash these days. but considering that they are so cheap. i am okay with the charge…

Stay away from this place at all costs. My mother made the mistake of not looking up the reviews of this place before doing business with them and now she has ripped pants to remind her to stay away.
She had brought in her $ 200 pants that were Italian made and thought she was getting a deal by altering here for cheaper. What a mistake that was; fortunately the tear was towards the bottom of the pants so it was not as noticeable, but the fact remains that it is there. Worst of all, they deny that they were responsible for it and blame my mother for bringing it in that way when in fact the pants were brand new. They offered a $ 2 discount for her troubles.

This is the worst dry cleaning service I have ever used. I dropped off dress shirts for laundering, and I asked for heavy starch. Horrible environment:
1) Loud rap music is played, making it hard to do a transaction
2) All service must be pre-​paid; you don’t pay on pickup
3) They charge an extra dollar for debit or credit card use.
But the real killer for me is the poor quality of work. I didn’t get heavy starch in my shirts – the shirts looked like I got no starch at all. And the collars were ironed incorrectly, creating wrinkles and spoiling my work clothes.
Absolutely will not use them; I’m now taking my clothes somewhere else. You should too.

This place is horrible! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE unless you want them damaged. After going to several different places, we thought we’d found the perfect dry dcleaners for all of our clothes.
Well…Ee! methinks NOT…
This place ruined hundreds of dollars of our clothes. There were rips in the same spot of the right elbow in all of our shirts! Whatever machine they used, tore rips in the right elbows of 28 collared shirts!
Are you kidding me?!? We complained. After denying that they could have done that, they offered $ 5 per shirt only. One of these designer shirts cost more than the whole bill!!!
Now, my husband has a closet full of ruined shirts that he has to toss!
We noticed over several different occassions that one or more articles of clothing came back with a rip in the right elbow. Last straw was when all of the shirts came back like that.
If you want to spare your clothing from being damaged, please go somewhere else. This place SUCKS!!!
