Mill Run can do better. The care is about getting rent in on time otherwise you will incur a $ 125 late fee. The management is so obnoxious they post a sign on the door indicating that it is now 5pm on the 5th of the month and the rent is past due include your late payment in your rent check. They keep this sign up for the whole month.
If you attempt to pay on line, you are charged a $ 30.00 convenience fee.
This past winter we were stuck in our homes because once again there was no clearing of the parking lot or walkway. I missed a day of work because of this lack of forethought. It is an on going issue.
If you can avoid renting here you should. If not stay, but save to buy your own home a and visit

One star is giving them to much credit! I would give them 0. When I moved in Willard did not explain to me that gas and electric would be cut off. I was in an apartment for a week with out electricity/​gas and heat. They did not tell me about the pet fee till a year later. They will try to charge you for random errors they created so enjoy arguing with the staff. Don’t believe any of there promises they are all liars. Moving out!!!

Stay away!!! Mold, fleas, crime is out of control. Management suck big time. Property manager doesn’t give a shit!!! Mill Run is located between Union and Irvington, so you basically you live in a hood.
