Went over at 1pm on a weekday with no appointment. Asked a few questions. Picked tires. Came back at 3:30pm to pick up the car. The manager took care of us. He was friendly, polite and had a great attitude.

The ppl are inconsiderate and disrespectful. I had an appt and was right onetime. They made me wait 2.5 hours (oil change, alignment) I realize the workers were just congregating and monkeying around. They are laughing while we are waiting. (not cool)
A couple waited 2 hours and made a scene when they came back and told them that they didn’t have parts. These ppl are unbelievable !!
