Style Sushi

The food was just OK. We went at a time when there were very few customers yet the service was still slow. I had two major issues… First, I found a hair in my soup. I usually don’t care about things like that, but I feel like the managers should know if there’s something wrong. We received an apology for the hair and everything was fine. Second, when we got the bill, we were overcharged on our credit card. It was only by a 11 cents, but again I thought the manager needed to know that there was a discrepancy with the charge. Again we received an apology and went on with our day. I was slightly annoyed that we weren’t offered a discount or something for both the hair and the overcharge… Oh well, I guess some people don’t do that.

Good sushi. I haven’t been disappointed with anything I have ordered here. Quick delivery.

First time eating food from here and I am pretty impressed! The service was great! My order was delivered to my house in 30 mins which is not bad considering I live a little far from it. The food taste great, nice, and fresh! Definitely will eat from here in the future!

I’ve only ordered out from here. I’ll usually get a dinner bento box and bubble tea (totals to about $ 14) and it has not disappointed me yet. I just wish they were more consistent on the amount they give in the bento box. One night, I’ll get 4 or 5 pieces of veggie tempura; other nights, I’ll only get 1. The same with the size of the salmon.

We ordered delivery from them through Seamless three times just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Every time, the fish just wasn’t that fresh and sashimi deluxe is underwhelming. The thing that pisses me off the most is how every time they messed up my salmon roe (caviar) sashimi by changing it to just regular salmon sashimi. Such a let down each time, since that is my favorite. It’s so annoying!
Edit: I just read another review that was eerily similar to mine. It seems that they cannot read from the menu that they created and constantly get orders wrong.

Delicious sushi. very fast cooks and always fresh results. Staff is very kind and patient and they deliver for free which is a plus. Food is always tasty and I always order large portions. Large variety of flavors for sushi too! (I reccomend the shrimp tempura)

Great place to order sushi online! Every roll we ordered was delicious. Delivery does take a long time but def worth the wait.

Pretty cheap for sushi and they deliver fast! The restaurant is cute but not the best service.

I went to get Sushi with my best friend Leidy and Her Friend Jagdeep and it was good it was not too expensive either the food was very good we alway got soup and salad all the food excellent and the service was excellent

Ordered the lunch special. Friendly staff. It was ready in 10 minutes and I even took advantage of the free ice cream via Unilocal

I would love to give this business 5 stars. Their online delivery is convenient, the options offered for their sushi (hand or regular roll, white or brown rice, soy paper or seaweed) are great. Or, WOULD be great if they ever read the options their customers choose.
I typically only write positive reviews, but after 3 negative experiences with this business (all of which I was charged extra for options I chose but did not receive) I am beyond frustrated.
Their delivery times are always off– they have never been on or even near the time quoted. They deliver the wrong items. They do not follow the comments or preferences at all (which, I get… But don’t include the option for them if they are disregarded).
Tonight I got 3 HAND rolls instead of full orders of sushi rolls. What a meal. This business is a disgrace. They have so much potential to be great, they just have to learn to read.
Oh, and I always tip 20% plus an additional few dollars in cash, so there is literally no excuse.

Very good. Fast delivery. Only bummer the chicken teriyaki roll not included in 3 roll special. Definitely ordering again.

Why do they use big red lettering and a discount message on the show window? It seems out of place for a restaurant, right? I mean who wants old, less than really fresh food? Now; if there was a reason, an event or occasion that prompted them to offer the discount, then, that would make sense; more sense than just a bare «% Off» sign. anyway
All of the rest of our experience at Style Sushi was top shelf. Both the bubble tea and the hot tea were just right: right flavor, right temperature. The tempura bits had a genuine fluffiness and no oily or greasy feel; not in the least. Since the parts of the meal having fresh fish related most directly to the discount message, I expected evidence of cost cutting. And there were some cut corners and some slightly shorter lengths. At no time did I get less than full value.
Overall, including a $ 7 tip, we received an astounding meal for $ 45. And yeah, we did eat the Free Ice Cream you get from a Unilocal Check-​In.

Highly recommend this place for sushi and bubble tea! I usually go here for dinner once a week! Their food is delicious and gets delivered very quickly as well. Their prices are great!

Stopped in for a late lunch. Service was good and friendly. Also very nice and loungey/​modern environment inside. The sushi in my opinion was just average. The prices, although discounted, are still normal for the quality, and some of the special rolls are way overpriced for me to want to order if their regular rolls seem subpar. I had salmon and avocado, eel and cucumber, and spicy salmon rolls. My girlfriend had two spicy crunch rolls with salmon and a shrimp one. The crunch was actually really good compared to the rest. It was actually really crunchy and not soggy like most places. But the rest of the rolls were average in presentation, taste, and size.
Overall it did the job because we were hungry and it satisfied it. I guess there’s very few sushi restaurants around here but it was mediocre at best for me. If you are a sushi enthusiast I would say pass.

This place has not gone wrong yet. I order about 4 – 5 times a month and am never disappointed.
They are always busy… Which tells me product is moving quickly which means it’s fresh. They also offer a lot of value for the price of the rolls and dinner boxes. They also do really good non-​sushi dinners… so if you are out with someone who doesn’t like sushi they do have a lot of alternatives to offer.
Their coconut bubble tea is a must.
They are kind and extremely fast whether you do pick up or delivery.
Oh! You get 1 eel or spicy mayo sauce for free, any more is extra $ :)

This place has some of the fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced, and one of the most value-​packed Dinner Bento Box options!
My roommate and I ordered Style Sushi one night when we were craving a super indulgent meal. We did the Dinner Bento Box option for $ 10, and got the following: (1) rice, (2) soup, (3) chicken and broccoli in Teriyaki sauce entrée, (4) gyoza, (5) sushi rolls, (6) tempura, and (7) mini salad. WHAT. So much food, and all for $ 12 including tax/​tip.
They were even super nice about subbing out the shrimp options that are pre-​set when you order the Bento Box because I explained that I don’t eat seafood. She subbed it out for a vegetarian-​friendly option, and explained that I’d have to pay an upcharge of $ 2 (which I was totally okay with, considering the amount of food I’d be getting for the total price).
Everything tasted suberb… including the salad. So rare to find. The avocado rolls were tasty, and the tempura was crunchy and flavorful. The chicken was cooked wonderfully, and the sauce it was drenched in was also fabulous. Overall, no complaints… whatsoever.
They even said 45 minutes for delivery time on the phone when we were ordering, but we were back in our apartment enjoying the value-​packed meal after retrieving the food outside our door in just 20 minutes. Talk about amazing service!
Would highly recommend. Great quality, great prices, speedy delivery.

My go-​to take out place for sushi. Food is pretty good and inexpensive. Delivery is relatively quick.
One time I ordered delivery from here and the guy bowed to me after I gave him his tip. I didn’t know what to do so I bowed back. It was weird.

It was Saturday night and we felt like being bums so I ordered delivery from this joint via Grub Hub.
The prices were pretty decent and the sushi came within the 45 minutes they promised it’d arrive.
We got about 5 rolls and they all came out pretty good. I was definitely a fan.
Would love to hit up the actual spot one day.
