Billy D’s Club

Whistleblower M., wtf… its obvious by your words in your post that you have the intellect of a 4^th grader. Unilocal is not an app to take cheap shots at other bars or their bartenders. I posted my opinion about Billy D’s and the facts of personal friends and family experiences here. It’s also obvious you haven’t been here long or YOUR AN EMPLOYEE trying to save yourselves. Also obvious the goons are still hanging out there. The facts are several people have been attacked at Billy D’s, I’m one of them. No hard feelings to you or the COWARD that hit me from behind, had he not attacked me though, none of this would have come about. I was already leaving for God’s sake. I will delete my posts in a few days because, this bar doesn’t even show as a pub, bar or sports club on Unilocal top 20 for the area. Billy D’s would be a great place but the owner needs to take responsibility, weed out the trouble and move foward. Bartenders are employed to serve drinks responsibly and there is a limit and not given to someone sealed to take outside. You can blow my whistle Mr. M. Look any intellectual person for that matter can read that your an employee. With all being said be safe and be careful.

Nice little spot. Went the Gemini party last week and had a great time. Karaōke was fun. Drinks nicely priced.
Music was great. Was too loud or too crowded.

Thick smoke… check!
Cheap pool and darts… check!
Free popcorn… check!
Cheap booze… check!
The bonuses are a friendly barstaff and nightly DJ playing all the greatest hits of the 70’s, 80’s and various random punk and goth. The beer selection is surprisingly expansive for a dive bar. Billy D’s is a must stop for me every time I visit the SA area. The clientele is a mix of young, old, thin, and rotund… but all friendly and talkative. They have a newsletter and sponsor a number of events including pig roasts, chili cookoffs, and various other social events. The icing on the cake… they had a free chili dog buffet on one of my visits. Mmmmm… chili cheese dog…

There is nothing wrong with a good hang out spot where the town locals could just stop by after work. But this is just not my scene.
It smelt kind of eerie and it’s obvious that they are not trying to sell you on their taste of decorations. It’s an old bar with probably it’s orginal furniture, and staff. Not really my type of atmosphere.
On the upside, they serve hot dogs for $ 1.75 during poker night. There are darts and pool tables in the back. There are very friendly people who take care of you. They have a couple of specials on wells.
I don’t think I would go back here.
