This place if off the chain. Everytime i come there are girls, good food and drinks. Games are off the hook and they have multiple tv shows doing viewing parties!

My friends and I were spending our last day in Hollywood watching NFL football. We sought a bar a few minutes out via cab and I just picked Man Cave based on Unilocal and proximity. We were wowed that it wasn’t busy packed. Bellied up to the bar to notice a nicer beer selection than most. The bartender was kind and allowed us to sample a couple ales and give her pick. We had an abundance of screens to watch, too. We had fun here. No frills, cool name, and friendly service. It’s near Universal Studios in an industrial neighborhood. We didn’t dine here. I liked the Angel City IPA — it was well hopped and lighter bodied. New brewery to me.

I’ve been here several times and had a great time with my friends on Wed. Night Empire viewing parties, and other events. Today, I just came for Sunday football and lunch after my work out. I know, why a sports bar after the workout… I ask… why not? I felt compelled to write this review because I just had the BESTVEGGIEBURGER I’VEEVERHADINMYLIFE. I’m not a vegetarian although I’m trying to change. I just want to say NFL Sunday happy hour, $ 5 margaritas and mimosas, and this damn veggie burger… Man you’ve got a fan for life! As long as I can come here and rep my Cowboys! Look forward to doing bigger business with you guys.

My cheers! Sometimes you need to go where everyone knows your name, and that’s the intimacy that The Man Cave in Universal City provides. Of course if anonymity is your preference, you can escape to The Man Cave for this as well! The staff is professional and friendly, and there is always something exciting brewing! Wings are good, especially, Lemon/Pepper, Sweet Potato Fries are amazing, and The Eddie Earl, named for the owner, is scrumptious! #ladieslovethemancave

I had every intention of writing a bad review of this place, but instead, I’m going to say thank you. I was invited here for a Bayou Classic watch party. I brought 3 people with me to hang out with some Grambling and Southern alum. The upstair area was soo crowded, that I was almost afraid it would collapse. After wandering for a few minutes with none of the waitresses even acknowledging our presence, we found a table ourselves. An empty glass and used napkin was on the table. Still, no one came by. FINALLY, after 20 minutes, I was able to flag down a female server. She informed us that the waitress was«too busy right now.» Really? So, my party and I left and went to The Counter on Wilshire. Not only were the people there very friendly, the food is AHMAZING! The adult milkshakes are to die for. Since I was also looking for a nice place to hold an event in a few weeks, I have booked my event at The Counter! So THANKYOU Man Cave. You helped me to find a nice restaurant that isn’t too busy to get my money and will be getting repeat business.

The owner and staff are really nice to the customers. The environment is very chill. They provide large portions for reasonable prices.

Well me and my group was there for a fight payed over $ 1000 for are seats. And then there was a beer special bud light of $ 3 dollars. before the fight started the owner from Detroit said he was out of the bud light. So then I asked him to give us colors light for the same price and he said no. After we gave him about $ 500 more for food and drinks. So no big deal we said ok then we payed the $ 5. The service was shit. Well we had wanted to make this are local sports bar. But it was more like a fucking marijuana shop and everyone was smoking in the bar hallways bathrooms on the street. Yes I know you can smoke freely in California but as a bar owner I don’t think you should allowed that. what a shit bar. To ghetto. We spend like $ 2500 that night

$ 35 «SERVICEFEE» for 3 people? For the half cooked wings??? I love to support Black Business, but this business is definitely disappointing.

I came here during the NBA finals game and sort of expected to get not so great service as the place was busy, but DAYUM was our service bad. Here’s how my experience went. Came in, sat down, ordered food and first round of drinks. Got them in about twenty minutes. Meh. Waitress came back around about twenty minutes after we got our food and asked if we wanted more drinks. Why yes, id love another beer. Fast forward twenty minutes, we hail out waitress and ask if she had forgotten our drinks, since we had seen her take multiple pitchers over to the table next to us, which happened to have a character from the show Workaholics at it. She said she would have them soon. Fast forward another twenty minutes, we ask two other waitresses if we can please get the drinks we ordered, nope. Still nothing while drinks are flowing next to us. Guess we’re invisible. I’ll spare the rest of the details and end this by saying we got served one round of drinks during the whole duration of the game, and they tried to charge us for three rounds that we «ordered» but never received. The icing on the cake was when the table next to us left, a waitress comes up to us and asks if we had just sat down and if she can take our order. LOL. Terrible place, eighty thumbs down. You ought to treat all your patrons with the same level of service.

The official(unofficial?) American Outlaws bar of choice for all US Soccer viewing pleasures! Yes please. My experience hinged on Eve, summer 2015, during Women’s World Cup. She killed it. She was on it and worked her butt off and was so friendly. There were one or two other girls there and they did a great job as well. Quick service, friendly. The food could improve. But I don’t go to bars for the food.

Pretty decent sports bar. My boyfriend and I were here last night during the football game and Love and Hip Hop party. The happy hour menu did not have a lot of food or mixed drink options. We both ordered the man cave burger and fries. The burger and fries were both well-seasoned and the portion sizes were good for $ 7. I took off two stars because when we first arrived, it took a few minutes to get someone to bring us a menu. The servers were all huddled behind the bar, talking amongst themselves. Also, it was too hard to tell the servers apart from the customers. The servers walking around didn’t have anything like a t-shirt, apron, name tag, serving tray etc. that let you know they worked there. So, I wasn’t quite sure who to flag down to ask for a refill. When they started showing Love and Hip Hop it seemed like they were streaming the video from somewhere else, because the screen kept freezing.

We came here for a Cooley high event. Told it was $ 10 to get it. Lady charged us $ 20 then added, «um you know it’s $ 20 each…» like we were broke lol. We ordered two non-top shelf drinks… $ 26! We ordered wings about 15 minutes into the movie.; When Cochise got killed, we still didn’t have our food. My girl canceled the order. The waitress offers us chicken tenders and I take it and my girl gets pissed at me taking it because I didn’t hear the waitress tell us that they were for another person who left and that’s why she asked us if we wanted it but heck, I was hungry. I used to come her for my lunch breaks back when it was called the casting office(or something), but this was our last time coming here. Overpriced and not attentive.

How this place has even three stars is a travesty to all food and drink establishments. I’ve been dragged here a few times by people, the latest being a kickball event. The bouncer tried charging me $ 10 to get in. Are you f@#$ing kidding? You’re not a Hollywood club, you’re a pointless second-rate sports bar in a dull location. Drinks are overpriced, food is mediocre at best. I’ve seen the owners getting drunk with patrons on a couple occasions while the understaffed single bartender tries running the place herself. Here’s to hoping I never get dragged here against my will again.

This place is awful. My boyfriend really wants to support this place because it’s a Spartan bar, so I’ll come here if he really wants to watch a game with his MSU friends. I am sitting here at the man cave right now actually, during the sweet 16 game. There is one waitress trying to serve the entire establishment. Poor woman. This place is losing money because there literally is one person working the tables. One. A bar full of basketball fans watching march madness would make a bar tons of money… if the patrons could order anything. I’ve been here for an hour and a half and I have had one beer. I’m hungry. The only vegetarian option is not available. There are no paper towels in the restroom. This chair is uncomfortable and I am very unimpressed. I’ll let him come alone next time. I promise I’m not normally this bitchy. But this is bad. :-(

My friends and I came here to watch«Empire» one night. It was my first time coming to this cool little bar. It has a nice location and was easy to find. There are tv’s everywhere and happy hour specials. It would be perfect for watching games and for fight events. Because of the name, my expectation was that it would feel more like a Man Cave, you know, just a little more manly. I think they should get rid of the girly drinks altogether and specialize in manly drinks, perhaps add a cigar room. A few small quality improvements would make this place one of my go-to spots. Overall, this place is cool and I would definitely go back.
