EB Nails

Been going to this place for years, now that the owner has change, it is a mess. Not professional at all. Will not go there again. Was skipped because of the regulars or/ didn’t want to do the Pedicure.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure on a Friday evening around 7pm by Monday morning my polish was already chipping. I called to ask could they be repaired. No guarantee on natural nails is what I was told. First time visit. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

They did my daughters nails and they fell of 2 days later!!! It cost $ 67 and we went back to resolve the issue. They refused to do anything, they were rude and accused my 15 year old daughter of lying!!! She was already disappointed the nails fell of and their attitude only made it worse!!! No way to run a business. They told me to take my business else where.

I love this place! They always do a great job and my feet are a little rough:). Love the massaging chairs too!

I’ve been here twice, and I really wanted to like it. I came in for a mani pedi. The pedi was nice. I felt he took his time and did a good job. But the mani… the service itself was alright. However, they dilute their polish so much with acetone that it chips and peels. Badly. I went in on Saturday afternoon. By Sunday, my nails were chipping and peeling. Not even a good 24 hours after I got it done. Now I know manis aren’t supposed to last long, but I didn’t expect to experience chipping and peeling 24 hours later. So Monday I called and told them the issue, and asked if I could come get it redone. He said ok, but this time only. So I went back, and the lady tried to give me hard time until the guy I spoke to stepped in. The same guy redid it, with a different polish for free. But once again the next morning, that chipped too! Needless to say, I probably won’t come back. I’ve had manis in the past, and I never experienced chipping polish less than 24 hours after getting them done. It has to be because they dilute them so much.

Great pedicure, fit in me, my mother & my grandmother. Quick yet careful work and now my feet and hands look and feel fantastic. All the staff members are very friendly.

Don’t go here for a gel manicure. My french tips are uneven and chipping after only 2 days. The pedicure was fine.

Went here to get a set of acrylics. Left after 2 hours of waiting. Not only did the staff let other customers blatantly skip ahead, I felt incredibly unwelcome. It seems as of this place is concerned with regulars and regulars only. They don’t care about you if they don’t know you. Which is unfortunate, because I was completely ready to become a good tipping regular. Don’t bother going here if you aren’t a regular, consider going to Anthony Vince in Legacy Village instead.

Used to be a loyal customer. Called before coming, was told my favorite tech was not in. SHE WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE AND DIDN’T WANT TO BE BOTHERED.

DON’T go here! I went it a manicure, and will never go back. Trimmed cuticle back too far, charged my cc three times without telling me until the end. I then asked, «so you charged my cc three times?» The woman said «yes, but it will come off in a few days.» Additionally my nails look a mess.
