Paula is your lady there… she is through takes her time to listen to your issues. I had problems with starting to run with noromas, and shin splints. She hooked me up with an insole and a great pair of running shoes. Not cheap but my problem is fixed

I rarely stumble across a NB store anymore, so when I do, I always try to stop in. I needed a new pair of USA made NB 990 series sneakers. I call them sneakers as my days of running on these knees are long gone. But I do appreciate the quality of the USA made athletic shoes. During my visit, the young lady who helped me, suggested I try a «B» width, and I am glad I did. I have been buying 10.5 in normal width, which I’ll call «D». I tried on the 11 «B» and noticed the difference immediately. I am glad I stopped in to this store. We sometimes become so spoiled by ordering things online that we forget that the sales staff can sometimes help us with our purchase. Not often, but it does still happen. Thanks NB, and please continue to make this athletic shoe in the USA.

I like how Janet decides to throw around how important she is. Most people who do that are either insecure, or are hiding behind something. In this case I believe she’s hiding from the fact that her review could not possibly be genuine. I just visited New Balance and was met with an entire staff that was wonderful. Hannah helped me find shoes, and understand their process. I was offered the ability to order shoes since I wasn’t crazy about what was in stock but eventually settled on a pair they had there in the store. Hannah was extraordinary helpful and I couldn’t express to you more how comfortable my new shoes are. I felt like I was out of place there being the kind of guy who normally buys crap shoes from wherever, but the staff was friendly and helpful and made me feel great. I think Janet’s big store that she owns is probably the other running store.

Ummm, first of all my favorite salesperson Danny is not here anymore :(but to make it worse the person I dealt with today was so rude that I am so going to Fit2run down the street now. I have been shopping here for years and I will not allow this behavior. I own a large business in town and will not be referring anyone here.
