Dalia’s Pizza

I sent Pizza’s and chicken wings over to the crew at Roy’s Auto Repair in Upland, Ca today. The gentleman that took my pizza order over the phone was very professional and helped with suggestions. I am new to Inland Empire and live in Chino. I wanted to do an act of kindness for the staff at Roy’s Auto repair and I chose Dalia’s based on the online website and the food options you have available and the great ratings of course. As a newbie in town I was lucky to have found your restaurant and Roy’s Auto Repair in Upland. I was unable to join the crew at Roy’s for lunch today but the owner told me the pizza and chicken wings were delicious and they loved it. You get 10 stars from me. Thanks!!! R Hughes

We ordered a pepperoni pizza that was kinda like New York style pizza in that it had thin crust! So good! Cheesy bread sticks, and chicken fettuccine Alfredo dinner that came with a salad and garlic bread. Overall pretty good experience this time! Even the girl that took our order over the phone was super nice!

I’ve been going to Dalia’s Pizza for about 6 months now. Great food and great service simple and to the point. Enjoy!

Not only was the food extremely fresh but they also made the best eggplant I’ve had. The zuccini fries were delicious and they were way nicer than I would’ve been if someone called with a decent sized order 15 minutes before we closed. (Online said they were open till 11:30 but really it’s 11) Thanks again!

Once again we get that pizza and horrible customer service my daughter found a hair in her Pizza we called the owner took her order I called back spoke to the owner all he wanted to do was for us to be inconvenienced bring the pizza back and he would replace it I said really that’s not my what I’m looking for another pizza… I just want you to know that there was hair in our food and that’s disgusting! Then he says well we had orders before you and after you and no one else complained and I said well unfortunately our order had hair in it and I can’t believe you’re being argumentative about this to a customer I’m not looking for free pizza I’m not looking for a discount on my next Pizza just make sure your employees keep their s*** clean and keep hair out of people’s food! Gonna have to stop going here and go back to real pizza at Petrillis. The owners attitude is horrible!

Cheat day? No problem! Check out this place, because all of your guilty pleasures will be satisfied! This cute little establishment is right across the street from the bowling alley and next to Upland High school. My boyfriend and I walked in and placed an order for veggie pizza, lasagna, and garlic breadsticks! I can’t even tell you my favorite dish because it was all so damn amazing #fatassftw the owner was very friendly along with the the rest of the staff! My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of also meeting the owners son along with daughters! super sweet family! It’s great to see family operated business in our area still do exist. thank you for the lovely experience will definitely come back again!

Owner is pretty standoffish and delivery might not be the best way to go, but their buffalo chicken pizza is amazing. We got the antipasto salad and garlic bites last time and it was all delicious! Not the cheapest, but worth it if you want good pizza!

So we just came in to pick up our order of two pizzas and cheese breads ticks and they gave us regular ones instead. And the dude did not give us our money back or change them. He just said oh okay and walked away. Fuck you dahlias.

My number one go-​to pizza place in the Inland Empire. I tried a variety of items on their menu ranging from their wings, sandwiches, and of course pizza. All exceeded my expectations! When I asked for suggestions, they took my taste preference into account and gave me thee best tasting items I’ve had. I never feel scared to experiment with new pizza flavors here. Would definitely return!

I wanted to surprise my fiancé with a pizza delivery for her and her unit at San Antonio hospital in upland. The pizza was delivered on time. The whole unit loved it and was worth the price. Thank you guys for making her day.

Great service and great Pizza and spaghetti dinner.
Much better than most of the near by Pizza Places. The only complaint is have is they need to have more Parma son cheese in Stock. Over all amazing PIZZA!!!

I love this place. One of the best pizzas I have had. I placed an order at 10 a. m when they opened and they had it ready for me in 20 minutes. The guy in the front was very friendly and helpful. Every time I order from here it is always fresh and I’m never disappointed.

Love love love. I had the fettuccine alfredo and my boyfriend had the BBQ pizza. We were both blown away. Mozzarella sticks and salad were okay. not the best but the other food made up for it.
Probably put myself a little closer to a heart attack, but it just might have been worth it.

Booooooooo! We have been ordering from this Dalias location for awhile and after tonight, we will not be anymore! We order And pay thru Unilocal,which is great. However if they can’t get the orders right thru the online ordering service, then don’t offer it. After ordering and paying for everything, the driver gets here and says we actually owe more $ so we end up paying the balance. Only to find that we didn’t even order all the extra sauce they gave and yet chargedus for. Also forgetting the topping for our calzone. Mushrooms were going bad that they used on our salad! They actually made out with more$ and us with the messed up order. I guess we’ll be going back to Round Table until we get a better Dalias by us. Booooo

This would be a one star, but they get one extra star because the pizza is decent.
Service:
We had our pizza delivered. It came at a ehhh… somewhat reasonable amount of time. But the driver was sooooo rude. He was a middle aged man with a shirt that looked like it hadn’t been washed in a while (it was only noon when we ordered pizza). Not only did he never smile or even say hi, he just seemed like he was in a rush. My sister had ordered the pizza so I wasn’t sure how much it was but I had money in my hand prepared to pay. So I asked him how much it was and he points at the money in my hand and says «that’s good right there» so rude. I had to ask him again so he told me and then when I asked for change he just took off without giving me my change. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EXACT CHANGE IF YOU DO CASH SO THEY DONT TAKE OFF WITH YOUR CHANGE!
Pizza:
We just ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza. If you like crust then this place is perfect because ¹⁄₃ of the pizza is crust. I’m not a big fan of crust so it doesn’t really work out for me, but it does for some.
