One of my favorite pizza places. This is the best in the area. Most people working here are nice except for one lady in her late 20s or early 30s who has been rude in the past. I didn’t see her in my last visit but she definitely needs to be more respectful and helpful to customers. I’ve come across here many time and her attitude is that of a «tired of working here» person. That is why I leave a 4, not a 5. Food wise, the crust and ingredients are great. I’m still coming back. I usually just carry-out. Solves it right?!

they have a pretty good selection of lunch specials to pick from salad and drink combo 5.99 or 6.99 or small pizza and drink combo 8.99 or large pizza 1 topping for 12.99 first when I walked in i saw bunch of pizza boxes that were decorated. think this place does fundraisers for schools which I thought it was cute after seeing multiple kids coming in and getting their pizza on their boxes. they have free crust sauce that you can add to your pizza. i got the garlic butter one and it was good. sauce for the pizza was very good and the cheese was good too just kind of wished their toppings were not as expensive or they should implement better specials on a pizza think its definitely better qualify than those chain ones. I usually like the mom and pop places as they tend to make everything on their own instead of getting it shipped from the factory

I’m not going back $ 20 for a medium that was small and the toppings where not that good, but I did like the parmesan crust though

Are you kidding me. This is a $ 20 pizza. The toppings are so cheap. Hardly any mushrooms 8 small slices. This is so sad. It taste like an average pizza. I read all these amazing reviews and sadly to say. Don’t waste your money. I taste almost like Dominos but lot pricier

This was my first time eating at Marcos and I’ll definitely be back. My co worker and I were wondering where to eat and since this was within walking distance to me office we thought this would be worth trying. I ordered the pizza online for pick-up and the process was smooth and the pizza was one of the best I’ve had. We had thin crust, no sauce, feta cheese, chicken, spinage, pineapple, banana peppers, red & green bell peppers. I’ll definitely be back.

I have had this pizza a few times, it always really good and fresh. Much better then some of the chain pizza places.

I’ve been here many times and have also had them deliver and the pizza is always fresh and great tasting! So much better than the more popular pizza joints. The quality of the ingredients really shows! The staff is also a reason to continue to return, they are ALL very nice. Tonight they messed up on our pizza but they were very understanding and gave no attitude when we told them and they made it right immediately. Clean restaurant, good staff and great food, what more could you ask for?!

This place is a joke. Decided to take the wife and son to get some pizza since we were shopping in the area and it was a disaster from the moment we stepped foot in the store. 1) Ordered a large specialty pizza with the promotion sign that they had on their register for $ 14.99 but was charged $ 16.99. After I confronted the cashier she acted like it was no big deal that she was ripping off the customer. 2) Stingy toppings. Half of the pizza had bacon and the other half had the small peperoni instead of evening out the toppings. 3) Ordered 2 drinks but was told soda machine was down but I could buy their more expensive bottle soda. 4) Was the only people in the store at 12pm and didn’t receive the pizza until 12:50 but around 12:20 three other customers came in and ordered 5 small pizzas(not online order but in store at the counter orders) and had them ready by 12:40. With so many other pizza joints around this will be the last time we spend money at this establishment. Guess the nose ring on the cashier should have been the first sign not to eat here.

I won’t be doing business with Marco’s again. I was promised a delivery of 6:30 and I got a call at 6:25 asking if I want cheese on the second half of my pizza. Really? I checked my online order and it was clear as could be. When I called back at 6:45 they admitted to adding pepperoni to the entire pizza even though my online order clearly says ½ pepperoni. They are now 20 minutes past the promised delivery time. I have too many options for pizza delivery and will not be ordering from Marco’s again.

We had a small party and ordered pizza from here. They have gluten free crust that is so delicious. I only ate one slice to avoid cross contamination not knowing much about how they cook their pizza. The«regular» pizza went so fast! Many of the guests told me they preferred this to many of the other large name pizza joints.

Great, mouth watering, and just plain out delicious pizza. Not heavy or greasy either. And also it’s great quality service. I would have to say in my opinion is one of the best pizzerias in the inland empire

Their pizza isn’t bad. Just pricey. I called in a pick up order to try them out. They repeated said only their chicken specialties were the ones discounted for the mailed flyer I got. I said no it’s doesn’t specify. But she said she’d give me «new customer» discount anyway. Okay… If the staff isn’t up to info on the promos it’s not a good start off to the actual new customers trying you out! Bottom line conclusion, girl didn’t ask if I’d like crust toppers or whatever and so the Deluxe Uno is like a smaller version of Costo’s combo for $ 7 more.

Marco’s would be the one place where I prefer the orginal over the thick crust, and I think the crust toppers are what make them stand out. I like the garlic butter crust, we had the supreme and it was fresh and pretty tasty. Service was nice, pizza was out in 15 as promised. Not a fan of the cheesy garlic bread, way too much dough, not enough cheese, just dense, no flavor, pass next time, though I did like the marinara and garlic dipping sauces. The pizza is pretty pricey, $ 15 for a medium, large will run you over $ 20, not really sure if the quality is really worth the price. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come back, but it was fine.

Three stars warranted for a decent pizza, awesome crust, and a poor delivery. Original crust at Marcos is downright delicious and their toppings are good for your run of the mill pizza joint. I wish they had more«specialty» pizzas to choose from but you can also create your own so no big deal. Delivery is the real problem with this location. Twice now orders have taken a minimum 45 minutes and this last time it was over an hour. I’M STARVING! Also with the latest delivery came unacceptable pizza conditions *see photo*. The large pizza arrived with the all toppings stuck to the top of the box because, as the store clerk described it, «it probably had a lot of other deliveries stacked on top». He offered to send another one out but I didn’t want to wait another hour(which it did take) but that was all they offered, another pizza and free soda. No refund or credit? Meh. I told the clerk it didn’t have the pizza saver little table thing and he claims they only use them on extra large pizzas. Well, maybe spend the 5 cents and add them to ALL the pizzas so you don’t have an upset customer.

Hole in the wall family chain that does it right. All fresh ingredients, dough made in house. I needed to stop off and kill some time before meeting up for some business so just happened to stumble on this place. Located next to a Von’s, I really didn’t think much of the spot but it had the highest Unilocal ratings in the area so figured it has to be good. It was. Just enough real cheese, bite to the crust, definitely a decent pizza. I seriously doubt I will ever be in this neighborhood again so its a one and done, but they took their one opportunity and impressed.

Trying a new neighborhood place. After ordering the person who took our order told us about the pizza and cheese stick deal they had. Really? Your telling me this as your running my credit card. Thanks a lot! After receiving our pizza there were multiple pieces of hair baked into the pizza.

Excellent customer service, being greeted the minute you walk in. Friendly and helpful, plus the pizza I had was delish! Definitely coming back for an Antipasto salad, and after that, I’ll have to come back to try their Italiano sub sandwich. xoxoxo

Excellent pizza, friendly staff, clean restaurant. Every time we’ve gone here(and it’s become a regular place for our family), we’ve had a great experience. We’re greeted immediately, the counter staff is helpful and informative, and our order is taken quickly and efficiently. The wait time is about 15 minutes, which is to be expected between prep and baking time. The pizza itself is absolutely delicious, high quality toppings, sturdy crust without being too thick.(For the record, it’s also delicious cold the next day, or reheated.) Tonight they very graciously changed the channel so we could watch the baseball game, and also came back to check on us to be sure the pizza was satisfactory and we didn’t need anything else. Also on most visits, the owner/manager will come talk to us, ask about our visit, and get our feedback. Highly, highly recommend, not just for the food but also the friendly and professional staff.

First time trying tonight for dinner. We had the Deluxe Uno and Cheese Bread. The pizza is OK, but not the best in Upland. The crust is very thin, flimsy and greasy. Very similar to Pan Pizza from Pizza Hut, but better. The toppings are very good but just wasn’t enough meat for my taste. The end crust had our choice of garlic butter. Again, overall the pizza was just OK. The crust is just too thin. The toppings were not ample enough for me. But, it is far better than the big pizza chain stores, that’s for sure. The Cheese Bread is excellent. No complaints. In fact, it’s the best cheese bread I’ve ever had from a pizza joint. Don’t pass up on it. Very buttery rich with a lot of garlic. Overall, the place is OK. Not bad and not the best. The service is very friendly. We’ll try it again and maybe try the subs this time. Eet smakelijk!
