Ikon Salon Upland

This place is AH-​MAZ-​ING. I think they are going to change their name to Toni and Guy soon. Anyway — the stylists all have a lot of training and do great haircuts!

I came in from out of town and was visiting friends and family in the area. On a whim, I decided to get my hair done. Based on reviews and close proximity to where I was staying, I decided to give them a call. They took a same-​day appointment without a problem. When I arrived, I met my hair professional, Claudia, and was offered a tall glass of water (much needed as it was a really hot day). I showed her a photo of what I was thinking of, she asked me questions about my «hair color history», we discussed my options and she got to work. Throughout the whole process, she was very sweet, kind and professional. I learned a lot about her as she did about me. The other staff were very sweet too — greeted me with smiles and were easy to chat with.
Ultimately, I was very happy with the results. I got exactly what I wanted. :)
FYI… The salon looked like it was going through some changes. After some discussion, I learned that the salon is changing from IKON and upgrading to a Toni & Guy salon within the next couple of months. Exciting!
I don’t live in town… But I travel to SoCal several times a year. I will likely pay this salon a visit every time! Looking forward to seeing the new look!

Got my hair cut here a couple weeks back by Chris and it was by far the best hair cut I’ve ever gotten the fade was perfect no flaws anywhere in it. I’ve been going to the supercuts across the street for the past year and they have been off and on but his work is amazing! I’ll definitely be going back for the next cut!

Oh my gosh let me tell you Claudia is the best hairstylist ! She did exactly what I asked for and everyone complimented my hair she’s the best everyone go to her

I’ve been seeing Adrian for over a year and return each time for his pristine work. Adrian listens and gives his professional input based on the look I want to achieve. His work is very precise and meticulous, aiming full attention to detail towards my hair. I come from over 100 miles just for the assurance of looking and feeling great afterwards; I trust him and only him with my hair.

Dyeana is amazing! She has been doing my hair for quite while now! She does amazing job with color and cut and so much more! knows whats you want and makes your hair style fit you and look amazing! Love her! Salon is also very great, staff is very sweet and polite.

I used to drive to San Diego to keep my hair looking good, and my stylist recommended Chris at the new Ikon Salon in Upland. Some stylists have a gift with color and cut, and I love my new favorite place!

So i came here with my aunt… and i must say it was great. We were offered something to drink. The guy who worked on my aunt’s hair, Chris, was great. He was friendly and her hair amazing after. Its a little on the pricey side but its definitely worth it.

Dyeana is my girl!!! She has been doing my hair and color for years, I drive from LA to have my hair done. She is beyond good, she does amazing color, cut, extentions you name it. Also I really like this salon, it’s very cool vibe and the staff is so sweet.

My experience at this new salon was amazing! My hairstylist is Adrian and I have been with him for almost a year now. When he told me he was going to be moving salons of course I was going to follow him no matter the distance! So I went in to go a couple shades darker and also to dye my hair extensions the same color. Adrian and his Co worker were so amazing that they tagged team my hair and extensions because they knew I had to leave by 1pm. So not only did they get me out in time looking wonderful the price was not bad at all! Come on for a solid color dye, a haircut w/​bangs and dying extensions you would expect to spend the least $ 200 but no sweetie it was less then that! Can you say great deal! Anyways ADRIAN IS AMAZING and he always leaves me walking out the door happy and wanting to come back! So fo check him out :)

First off the vibe and décor in this salon is great. Not busy with crazy decorations that make you dizzy ! I came in for a color service done by Chris and it was great. He knows color very well and knows what he’s talking about. He advised me correctly and I am happy with my results. I don’t don’t do color services very much but I will return with any excuse even if it’s a blowout or deep conditioning treatment. Great salon with friendly staff.

I found a wonderful new local salon. I had the privilege of getting my hair done by Chris this evening. He is extremely personable and spent plenty of time making sure he understood my color and cut likes and dislikes so he could get just right. You can tell he loves his job and the industry. He is very knowledgeable about products and cutting techniques. He has a true passion for his work. I will most certainly be back in 6 to 8 weeks for some more primping. :) Top notch customer service and true professional color and cut. Pleased!

This place is so awesome. Best costumer service, they over exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend them to my friends. :-)
