Crystal has been doing my hair for about 5 years now, before that I probably went to 10 other stylists and hated them all! She is great with communication, whenever I have an idea of what I would like to do with color she is very open minded and positive. Thanks Crystal for always taking care of me!!!

CRYSTAL IS AMAZING. She’s been doing my hair for the past 6 years and has done such a great job that I have followed her to whatever salon she goes to. Great at what she does and the sweetest girl ever. She cares so much about her clients which is why she has so many loyal ones!

This review is mainly for Crystal! I’ve been going to her for years and she has never disappoints. She’s amazing at what she does. She’s such a sweetheart and she’s so thoughtful and considerate towards her clients. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. She’s great with color and cuts. She’s also so patient with me because I’m always changing my mind and showing her a thousand pictures, but she always gets it right.

Words cannot begin to express the experience I’ve had while getting my hair done at Toni and Guy. If you’re looking for a new look or just a retouch cut or color ask for «Claudia» she offered the best experience I’ve ever had. I will not go anywhere else. Claudia is not only experienced in her art she is friendly and always delivers with amazingness. The salon staff is very knowledgeable, professional yet welcoming. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

I have been looking around for a good hair stylist, that does thick hair … I’ve been to many salons in the Upland area; and they were good but not to my pleasing … Until a close friend (Linda) had told me about William, at first I wasn’t sure because everyone says they can work magic on my hair, but she had insisted on trying him so I said okay why not; I made an appointment with him and he was on time and got me right in and right on out I kid you not he was very nice listened and made me feel welcomed and gave me what I wanted .The color on my hair to die for very rich loved the color line the products love TG got my hair so clean smelling fresh my biggest thing too it was straight but still had body and a lot movement; never had my hair looking this fabulous in a while … I’ve never been so happy or satisfied in my life, big thanks to my friend Linda for recommending me too William. I’m writing this review about William because not only does he do your hair he educates you on how to care for it what to use and also that I don’t need a lot of it in my hair. I will be getting my relaxer in two weeks (: so happy … The key part to a great hair dresser is that they make a bond, I will most definitely be coming back here … This salon it self is amazing the vibe the location and the nice view of the mountains, also the friendly staff Book your next appointment with William point blank come too this awesome salon … You won’t be disappointed also the prices were very reasonable

I have been seeing Crystal for the past year and she does an amazing job with my highlights, color and cut each time. She is super sweet, provides the best service, and gives it her all every time I see her. She’s always available whenever I need any touch ups and I can always count on her to make my hair look great! She is so easy to get along with and I always appreciate her for taking care of me when I come in. I would recommend her to anyone reading this, you will be happy with her no matter what! This salon is beautiful! I absolutely love my hairstylist Crystal, I’ve been following her for years and have never been happier. I always have strangers stopping me and complimenting my hair everywhere I go; she does an incredible ombré/​balayage. She truly listens to what you want, and will make sure you leave happy and feeling beautiful. She’s extremely talented at her craft and is passionate about what she does, and it shows!

I first met her at Hairajuku Salon and continued to follow her where ever she goes. .She does an amazing job and makes you feel so comfortable. Never a disappointment when i get my hair done by Crystal Segura! I’ve been following her for over 9 years. Only person i let touch my hair. She does exactly what i ask her to do… even when im indecisive on how i want my hair to look, she knows my style and gets it every time. Ive had brown, blonde, ombré, color block and Even hair extensions… again always done right without damaging my hair. I have been seeing Crystal Segura as my hairstylist for four years she is not only punctual with her time but she always make sure I’m satisfied with my hair regardless of how long it takes, she is quick to get back to me when scheduling an appointment and is also always a listening ear. She does great color fix and she can totally transform you I highly recommend her especially for Blondes and a full weave, which is hard to come by!!! My cousin was/​still one of her clients years ago. Her hair was always looking amazing and I had to ask where she was getting her hair done. That’s when she recommend I make an appointment with her to see Crystal.
I’ve always been very particular with my hair, especially my bangs!!! I never had a hairstylist who was consistently good with my hair until I met Crystal! Each and every time I see her my haircut/​bangs/​color are always on par! Even while I was living in New York, I’d wait until my visit back home to get my hair done, no one could do it like her. Not only is she an amazing hairstylist, she’s a great person… super kind, caring, funny, easy going, I can go on and on. Go and check her and her salon out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Love this salon! Claudia was my hair stylist. She did an awesome job! I went in for balayage highlights and my hair turned out better than I could have imagined. I’m very happy with my hair, definitely coming back!

This salon is amazing. I recommend visiting Claudia for all of your needs she listens and actually executes the picture you had in your mind. Great cut, styling and coloring!
