John David Salinas

John is a real craftsman! He did a complete refacing job in our kitchen — in a mobile (manufactured) home. He is a perfectionist — even to the one part of the job he needed to farm out (countertops). Self-​closing drawers and cabinet doors, even taking an unused space and converting it to usable storage. He can design, then construct to his designs. We highly recommend John for any kitchen and/​or bathroom remodeling. John is almost but not quite the lowest cost in the business but his excellent workmanship — and the fact that he stands behind everything he does — make him our choice for any future work. He spent almost a week on our kitchen and we are proud for anyone to see it!

I have used John for several projects in my home over the last year. The first was a built in media center with a faux fireplace. In the media center he integrated all of my home theater wiring with speaker jacks, a TV mount, subwoofer cabinet and shelves for the electronic equipment. He is meticulous at what he does, cleans up as he goes and takes pride in his work.
More recently I had him order and install a linen closet for my hallway. His work on this project was flawless. Looks like the builder put it in the house originally.
The last project was a storage area that I wanted constructed under my stairway. Previously, this space was a giant void that the builder left walled up. He opened a hole in my wall, finished off the space with electrical and drywall and installed a door. It was a creative project that was outside the box thinking, John did a great job.
I will always keep his number for projects around the home as I understand he does not only kitchen and bath, but electrical work like recessed lighting as well. I would highly recommend John for your next project!
