The employees are too busy closing the drive thru windows on each other’s arms and playing rather than getting a correct order. The employees INCLUDING the manager are complete idiots and the manager was a rude ass when I told them about their mistake and refused to give anything not even the food that was missing. Seems like every visit they mess up on something. Every visit horrible service. And to top it off every visit no receipt given even when I ask for one. Repeated trips gone wrong. Wish there was something positive I could say. I get having one off night. But now it has been several. Called the store manager was not helpful. Told me he could not give me the 1800 number. Love KFC. But no longer able to stomach this location.

They dont even deserve ½ a star, this place is the worst. I stopped going here over a year ago and convinced by my better half to go back I did. IMANARDTARD for doin so. 1st time back, didnt get my potato wedges for one a my kids meals. Meals were so chinsey, the lousy thigh they put in each box looked like it was goin thru RIGAMORTIS, DECOMPOSE for KFC to understand. The other 2 kids meals got 5 and 6 wedges and they were in pieces, made the kids share with the other kid, went to McDees for real fries. 2nd time, 3 $ 5 meals, didnt get biscuits in 2 yes two meals and given only 1 out of 2 sides. 3rd and very last time, I told them about the biscuits, that lil disrespectful witch said, if you didnt call in your not getting them, and as i was still talking walked away. I ordered 2 small cole slaw and tossed them just in case they spit in my food, never got my honey and as Gods my witness Ill never patronise that dump again. Be aware Patrons this place has the worst food and Customer Service of any KFC Ive been to. GOTORANCHO, its a bit farther, food is better, Customer Service cant be beat. Customer service was rude AF. FIREJENNIFER. This girl proceeds to shut the window very rudely, say something and laugh at you. Yes. LAUGHATYOU. Who does that? Proceeded to not give napkins. Not give honey for your biscuits. And let’s someone else do her work! At least Patrick was cool. If Patrick never came out to save your ass I would’ve threw some attitude at this blond rude ass female.

I’m going from a 1 star to a 5 star because SOMETHINGHASCHANGEDANDIT’S WORTHNOTICING… The last 3 times I’ve gone through the drive-thru my order is taken by someone I can understand, who is pleasant(without being syrupy), who gets the order right, smiles when I get to the window(several different people), gives me the bag so fast I’m usually surprised at how quick, THANKSME, says come back again and SMILES… I’ve gotten home 3 times in a row glad I chose to go back and without one single thing being wrong with whats in my bag. I even get the right amount of utensils, butter, honey and the quality of the food has never been in question. It’s the service that sucked but is now top notch… at least at the drive– thru!!! Thanks for fixing this KFC — way to listen.

For starters I came here on Christmas day in the late afternoon this place is filthy, it seems like the staff has better things to do, like check their phones doing working hours. Two of the females working there seem to be concern about there job. And one skinny slim tall guy were the only one actually working the others didn’t help at all I think they need to get rid of the bad apples, this place would be up and running.

Visited this particular location 3 times. First, staff never greeted you not even hi and said whats your order and never smile until the end. Thought it was inly this employee. 2nd vist. same result. 3rd, same treatment. Seems these employees needs some training on how to do good customer service. Another issue i had is, out of those 3 visits, 2 never get my order right… and these employees will say«thank you» with a blank face and no smile. The only reason why i visit this location because they are the closest one to me, or else ill just go somewhere else.

This KFC sucks ! I’ve gone about 5 times an not exaggerating either. They never have breasts, never. I even asked before I ordered. They only had 1 figures with all the bad reviews probably nobody eats here… How much worse can this place get. They have 1an a half stars. Really ! Guess this place is owned by clowns.

Honest to god if there was s negative star this place would deserve it!!! The person that took our order was so damn worried about what all his damn friends were doing that he never looked at us!!! Ridiculous. I think the manager on duty was Angelo and he couldn’t control his staff at all. They were walking around be very disrespectful. There was one employee just standing staring into space wondering if they were on a register or not. There were a minimum of 10 very belligerent kids(kids hanging out being loud and rude). They should have been told to leave!!! The owner of this place needs cameras installed to watch this damn circus. Employees giving free stuff to these individuals just hanging out. The customer service at this location is awful! I was the 3rd car in the drive thru and it took me 23 min to get my food. I sat at the window for 5 min(yes I timed it) before anyone acknowledged me, even though several employees walked by the window, looked at me, and walked away. When someone finally opened the window, they handed me my bag and said, «Have a good night», with as little enthusiasm as possible. Before I could even stop myself I said, «Wait! I haven’t even paid yet.» The person grabbed the card out of my hand, swiped it, and handed it back saying, «Here’s your card and receipt.» Not, «Thank you for your honesty, sorry about the wait, or thank you for your order». Just, «Here’s your card and recipe». I’ll never go back there again. If I wanted to wait that long for average chicken, I’d make it myself.

The food here is mediocre at best. The staff all act as if it is their very first day on the job — completely clueless! As if lousy food and incompetent service weren’t bad enough — my main complaint is that when you use a debit card, they tack on a 49 cent charge, which is not posted anywhere in the restaurant, not is it printed on your receipt. The only way you will know you were charged is when you check your bank account. I am fairly certain this practice is illegal. I posted this same complaint on their website last night, but I probably will not get a response.

This is an update from my last review. I really appreciate the fact that the area coach(Iveth) took my review seriously. For whatever reason it may be, but she did :) Not too many restaurants do that. I spoke to the manager Jackie and she was very cool about the situation. Also, i noticed it wasn’t as cold in there anymore, so I can eat here without having to bring a sweater, because I literally had to remind myself to bring one if my boyfriend wanted to come here. lol

I have tried this location too many times and always disappointed. About a year ago I placed a drive thru order for 20 piece hot wings. Paid for the wings and was asked to park in front and wait the 10 minutes for the order. That was okay it was what happened next that was horrific. After 25 minutes I finally went in and asked why do I still not have my wings and was told«we thought you didn’t want them anymore«I responded by saying why would I pay approx. 15 $ for wings and just drive off because«I didn’t want them anymore«the staff and manager rolled their eyes and said«so you want them now?» No comps no remaking just poor customer service!!! Tried leaving msg for regional manager several times but of course no response! Awful location.

I generally don’t retract reviews because most businesses don’t have the sense to rectify a bad situation. The owner upon reading my first review messaged me within 4 hours, inviting me to come back and give them another chance. I’ll admit she did offer some incentives and Mama didn’t raise no fool to look a gift horse in the mouth. Enough puns… I went back this evening and was greeted first by the Shift manager Angelo. I honestly can’t remember if he was the person at the drive through that was so rushed, but if he was, his attitude was 110% better and was very pleasant. I explained the owner contacted me in regard to my review on Unilocal and he went to get his manager. The general manager Lavon came out and told me he would be happy to show some extra«love» today and throw in a cake of my choosing. They moved quickly to get my meal and Angelo made sure to ask if I wanted any additional sauces. I definitely will retract my previous review as they clearly made the improvement of how they take care of customers and that is deserving of Five stars.

I love KFC but this location is pretty bad on service! Tried to order a family pack but they had no large containers for cole slaw. When I asked for 2 smaller containers, they said they had no lids for those. Pretty pitiful!

Drive thru attendant was rude. If you hate your job don’t go to work if your not providing great service don’t go to work, just stay home.
