The worst Starbucks in the area. Most of the employees are sullen and rude with the exception of 1 or 2. It’s always messy, bathroom always smells, creamer and straws always need to be refilled. This is one of the only Starbucks I know of in the area with poor customer service. I get that they have one of the busiest locations but they also have more employees then other places do and they still can’t manage to get it right. They don’t know prices charging one price for a drink then a different price for the same drink. They don’t recognize regulars and often give me a hard time about a 50 cent refill when I work across from them and buy coffee from them everyday. My co– workers and I spend around $ 60-$ 100 daily there and they are always so rude. I tend to drive out of my way to avoid this location.

I went through the drive thru today. The girl with the bright red hair with her hair in a bun had attitude and was very snapping at during my order(order two drinks). She handed me 1 of my 2 drinks that I ordered and told me to have a good day. I politely told her I had ordered and paid for 2 drinks not 1. She got snappy and again with attitude told me «oh my bad». She seemed like she didn’t want to be there nor take anyone’s order.

I usually go to this Starbucks because it’s close to my work but I’m never going again… The last time I went(two days ago) I ordered an iced upside down Carmel Macchiato and a mocha frap. I asked for no whip on the frap and they gave me whip AND it was really sloppy looking. Also, my Carmel machiatto wasn’t upside down and didn’t have any Carmel drizzle at all. Very disappointed! I’ll never go here again

I go here every morning and I see that certain staff members don’t get along, the floors are always dirty and for those students to go and study there their free cup of water and their watered down«I have been here all day and only bought one drink» doesn’t mean you get to hog a table and the bench seat next to you and the chair in front of you. This week took the cake when I saw a table in the corner(not at closing time) saved for someone, they had actually put the chairs on top of the table. My drink served by the same guy on Monday mornings is only lukewarm. I wish I lived closer to the la Verne store, it’s way better!

I tried returning my verismo and one of employees told me that I could of get cash back even though I paid 97% in cash, probably 5 $ on Starbucks card. Anyways, she told me that the store could get in trouble for returning above $ 10 in cash… naïve me accepted that. Little did I know that she did not know what she was talking about. She then refunded me 60~$ back as store credit. After calling Starbucks customer service, I was informed that whatever I paid with will be returned to that original payment… I went back and they still refused to return it in cash so I had to buy it back and return at a different Starbucks location. Waste of my time for going back and forth –_– So to conclude, don’t try to return anything here for your cash worth. It ain’t going to happen. Now on the positive side, I do love this interior design of this Starbucks location, it gives that cozy feeling in any cold days. And it has a drive through! But very very tiny. Still cute though :)

When it comes to Starbucks, seating is a priority for me. The seating here is great and lots of plugs so whichever table you sit at your sure to have access to one. The service here is good as well. This location can get very busy and at times service can be sort of slow, but everyone here is always nice and I have never had a problem with my drink orders.

So happy you guys are open on Christmas! I called ahead of time to check until what time they close(4pm 12÷25÷15) and they were packed! But honestly it’s WORTH the wait :) poor girls you could tell they were stressed out because there was 2 full lines of people storming in but they managed to stay collected, polite and helpful. this may be a little further from home but they definitely won over a long term customer. Thanks guys, I’ll be recommending you to others!:)

Rude blonde, and white guy at the drive thru window at night. I asked for a pumpkin spice I waited over 15 minutes for it. & I politely asked why it was taking longer than expected and the white guy said something sarcastically and rudely. The blonde was rolling her eyes at me from the back. Never coming here again! Second bad starbucks experience at the same place.

Rude little man working there this am, looks like a bald old ceaser. Other employs doing tasks that should be done prior to helping customers. Same thing every time im there, little Mexican man acting like a bitch, the other employees act in same manner.. Get a real job! No excuses for having dirty bar carts, overfilled trash cans, dirty tables and dirty floors. Especially, if it’s slow. They need to stop all of the chit chatting and focus on actually working. Or maybe, if they weren’t so busy trying to be cute they’d actually get some work done and get my drink right. Customers shouldn’t have to wipe their own table down. Customers shouldn’t have to wipe down bar carts to be able to have a place to stir their drinks. And NO customer should have to press down on the trash can because they’re overfilled. Wake up and smell the coffee! Literally. Use time management to make sure the necessary and absolute important tasks get done. Gross!

I used to work at Starbucks, and I’ve tried to be extremely patient with this specific location. But every single time I get my drink from here, they make it wrong. This is probably the 5th time. The one time I brought it back and asked them to remake it, they had an attitude. Today I got an iced white mocha and the person asked«would you like whipped cream?» And I said yes. and as I’m driving away I realize there is in fact no whipped cream. Even though the sticker on the cup clearly says«add whip.» It’s really not that difficult. After today I am just going to start going to Coffee Bean. Extremely disappointed.

Great service all the time. I don’t think I’ve come across an angry staff member or barista in any Starbucks I’ve been to. If you say hello how are you doing first, if they were irritated they usually chill out. Almost everyone does but this place has always had great service.

Vons needs to get out of the Starbucks business. If I was Starbucks I would remove all my locations from Vons can’t be worth what you get in money based on how they are destroying your name. They are always out of product out of stock of cups straws you name it. The sad thing is it’s not just this location. Many of the Starbucks in Vons I have stopped at are the same. The service is also very spotty, and they are nowhere near as friendly as they are regular Starbucks. Save yourself the aggravation and drive distance to a real Starbucks. You have been warned.
