Tea Party

There is not so many boba places in upland, but I honestly thought this place was just alright. There isn’t anything too special about it I feel. It’s very spacious inside the shop. They have the potted plant milk tea which looks cute but doesn’t taste anything special. It’s basically just milk tea with Oreo crumble on top.

The popcorn chicken was delicious. The tea egg was okay. The minced meat sauce and broccoli were okay also. Everything else was meh. I didn’t like their Taiwanese sausage. It was dry. The rice was dry. I didn’t like either of the drinks I bought. The house milk tea had a very similar taste as the milk tea at boba fiend. I don’t know how to describe it, but I didn’t like it. The boba was good though. I ended up just scooping that out of the milk tea to chew on though. The passion fruit green tea had the weird sticky aftertaste I don’t like. The service was friendly. The restaurant was clean. There were no customers at the time so it was empty. Would I come back? Probably not. But if I did, it would only be for the chicken. and honestly I can get good chicken at a lot of places that have drinks I already know I like. They did satisfy my popcorn chicken cravings though!

Came here with my friend to find some boba near by. We both ordered the potted plant milk tea with boba! It was pretty standard (it’d be bad if you messed up a basic milk tea), the boba was nice and chewy. The price was a tad bit expensive but other than that, the service was nice, definitely 4 stars!

Excellent customer service. I go there for boba and the boba tastes great. In the past one of the workers has brought out food for me and my friends to sample and the food is amazing. I recommend more people come here.

I would love to give this review a higher rating but I already tried this place twice and their drinks did not satisfy me at all:/ I had the potted plant and the rose milk tea. Potted plant was nothing special. Literally. Just a hype because of the way the drink is put out there. Rose milk tea tasted more like a sour fruit in a milk tea… Don’t expect the rise flavor if you order it. I was really happy when this place took over I-​TARO, but seriously they need to step up their game. I rather just drive a little farther to boba fiend than this:/ though third time might be a charm. We will see, and definitely will update this review.

Just opened up in upland. Good place to eat and enjoy boba. Not that busy yet so it’s nice and quiet. Pretty authentic Taiwanese food and drinks. They have those potted milk teas, definitely worth trying. Staff and service are up their too

Normally love this place, but they didn’t have boba last I went and I don’t care much for the other «toppings». Great drinks, but as a boba place, you should try to always have boba as an option.

I LOVE MILK TEA! This place is awesome, with super friendly workers and good prices with lots of options! If you’re in the mood for a good drink or tasty snack (popcorn chicken! YUM!) come here!

Really liked this place for the Thai tea boba and I look forward to trying all of the drinks they have :) The inside was pretty cute and had a comfortable atmosphere. The service was also great and I did not wait long until my tea was ready for me. Definitely will be coming back soon and often… Like maybe every weekend…

Been here twice and it is sooooo good. Today we ordered a strawberry slush, cookies and cream smoothie and Thai tea with boba!!! They offered us popcorn chicken samples and my kiddos loved it… definitely a must if you like freshly made drinks/​teas.

Came in with my sister for boba and ordered Thai tea boba and mocha smoothie with boba both delicious but must say their Thai tea boba is best in the area!
Customer service: let me just say best I ever had! They will go beyond anyone’s needs! They are just good people I can’t express that enough

Whoa Tea Party on my turf! My friends Mary T. and Idy T. were in town for the holidays so I called them up to see if they were down to party with me :)
We were excited for a boba place to open in Upland since Asian products are such a scarcity in this area. When we first got our drivers license, we would spend every weekend in Rowland Heights taking Cues and drinking boba!
Tea Party is located off Route 66 and it took over where Boba Time used to be. I really liked Boba Time too, but the demographics of this area is horrible for Asian boba shops… Sigh!
Anyways, they have a bunch of drink options in the huge cups and they also have snacks here too! There are plenty of tables if you want to come here to hang out with friends or study. The three of us decided on getting their Plotted Plant Milk Tea ($ 3.65/each) cause we wanted a fancy picture. Mary T. and Idy T. both had theirs with boba and I had mine with egg pudding. Toppings are $ 0.75 each.
While we were waiting for our drinks, they offered us a sample of their popcorn chicken. It was pretty good! The drinks were very photogenic as well. It was a bit sweet towards the end, so I would recommend getting the drink less sweetened.
This is a 4 star relative to the area! Meaning only because the area doesn’t have much competition… I’ll probably be back though because it’s way closer than driving to Walnut/​Rowland Heights and they have a stampcard: buy 10 get 1 free!

Very good boba! Soft, warm and chewy boba and the milk tea isn’t overly sweet. Great service and so friendly. I love that it’s so close too. I hate driving towards Honey boba or half and half for good boba.

Great customer service they have different varieties as far as boba goes, many flavors to choose from and different snacks loved their pineapple slushy with aloe it was a great choice

The lady here is really nice, she made my drink and it tastes amazing. Everyone should come for really delicious boba!

This is way better than the last store that was in this spot. I got a royal milk tea and it was really good and cant wait to try the rest. I will be back soon.
