Consistently forgets parts of order. I ordered a four piece today and only got 3. It’s not worth the drive back but warrants a review letting you know that they can’t count.

Me and my wife and daughter were having dinner last night, and my 11 year old daughter got attacked by a lady on drugs! I noticed a lot of weird, drug looking people coming in and out. Very dangerous environment. We called the police and they came and arrested the lady. Terrible environment. They also messed up on my order three times, and we sent back food! Terrible. Considering taking legal action. I’m a well known businessman, and I have many lawyers. I’m going work hard to see this restaurant closed down!

Once again, no customer service. When you ask for something that is what you want! Paid for 10 nuggets, got 8! Ask for half and half frosty, got all chocolate! Ugh!

They took so long at the drive thru and charged us for some food we didn’t get. Even and ice t was left out. Our burgers were giving to us plain when asked for ketchup on them. They didn’t even offer to put ketchup in the bag. I haven’t seen such chaos in a fast food place before. I suggest another fast food joint in the area than this Wendys.

A slower Wendy’s does not exist. Cashier stands and stares at the order screen for several minutes with a dazed look. I can only assume she’s illiterate and trying pass for literate.

MaryEllen at the register was so «on» with juggling the staff and taking orders with a kindness it was a pleasure to watch her get the job done and handle addressing all the customers by name. Customer service is exemplified by her attitude! She says please and thank you to everyone. It’s fast food so their only way to be exceptional is w service. Thank you for this touch of humanity.

Stopped this afternoon after hearing the commercial on the radio. Ordered the 4 for $ 4 or so I thought. After asking 5 times if the jr bacon burger had lettuce, tomato and onions on it I though I was good. Get to the window and my order is almost $ 7 which I then question the gentleman who said he was the manager. I was told I ordered the wrong thing and I should have told them I wanted the 4 for $ 4 deal. I again explained to him that I started my order out by ordering g the 4 for $ 4 and then stated the items I wanted. The girl who took my order Amber was rude and has no clue what customer service is. To top it off my order was still wrong!

Waste of time and space, fire the heavy female manager please, and the heavy gentleman at the window. I now realize the reason why the drive thru takes so long. The employees are completely incompetent and are unable to listen to even basic order instructions, meanwhile struggling to figure which order belongs to which car. Or perhaps it’s simply the more lazy and easy choice to just hand out random burgers to people and hopefully they don’t care their meal is completely wrong. Because they won’t figure it out until they get home and by then it’s cold anyways so whatever. That’s the whole mentality of the employees at this Wendy’s — Whatever.

This Wendy’s is the saddest«fast food» establishment I’ve been to to date. I contemplated writing the corporation a letter for some time but figured if there management sucked in the restaurant. I could only imagine how corrupted it was at higher levels. Basically, I came in on a Friday night, running some errands and was looking for a quick bite. Didn’t happen. Only one cashier on register and she was training.(Not that I have anything against her knowledge… Just assumed another employee would step in for her as she looked overwhelmed and only accumulated a longer line) Ordered my food, was told I didn’t need a receipt .“it will come out with your order”. Took a seat, waited 10 minutes… Then another 10, then another 5 as I watched people who ordered after me pick up their meals. Another 5 out of patience. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting for my «quick bite». I went to speak to another employee regarding the hold up. And turns out that they gave my order to another group, knew what mistake they made and chose not to tell me. The worst part is I was so hungry and annoyed I just asked for my money back while the dumbass manager was standing in the back… Directly in view, aware of my situation and never even came up to me to apologize for her obviously poor management. I would have respected that much but nah. No apology for the customer who helps pay her check. Bottom line, ruined my Wendy’s experience and I will definitely not be back at this one. P.S I am not normally so thorough in my reviews, I just want to make sure I can warn people before wasting your time. That and I really needed to rant. their service is a joke. :)

Ok, I hate to have to give this review. But, Perhaps the manager will see this and think about how to handle this situation. We visited on a Sunday evening. Many people who appeared homeless/having a hard time(very dirty, layered clothing, disheveled, etc.) started to come in and take naps in the booths. One individual wanted his personal drink bottle filled with ice. The young lady got a fresh cup and he said, «no this one»…his…not a previous Wendy’s cup but his own used cup! Not a sanitary practice at all! Not sure that I’ll be returning to this one, especially with young children! I spoke to my mom and she too has experienced this during the day! Unfortunately, management perhaps this is a conversation with the city and your higher ups as to what to do about this issue.

This place was not good. The food was good, but the service is SUPERSLOW! They were to busy taking care of their drive thru customers, and not paying attention to their walk ins. Took us 20 minutes to order, and then another 25 minutes to get the food… While we were there, other customers who had been there before us, were complaining about how long it was taking… One customer, completely came back and gave them the food back, because it was cold. Second Wendy’s I’ve had a problem with… I really love your food, but you guys need to step it up! No Bueno!

Went there yesterday and couldn’t believe how SALTY the fries are!!! Normally I like this location but was very disappointed. Easy on the salt. Better to add some than to sit there and try to rub it off! Not to mention that it felt like a meat locker in there. Cool is okay but freezing cold? Come on quit wasting energy! I sat in my car and ate. SW

I went to this location yesterday 4÷25÷15. I love Wendys but I ordered the new pepper ghost fries and the fries were cold and the sauce was also cold the cheese wasn’t even melted and they forgot to put the jalapeños. I had tried this fries in an other location and the fire were so yummy that’s why I order the fries again but in this location and this location sucks !!!

This is the fastest Wendy’s drive thru ever… why? Let’s start at the beginning. When you pull up you barely get the combo number out of your mouth when you are asked, «will that complete your order». They add coke to your order and assume you want nothing else. When you correct them and order more than one item, be prepared for nasty attitude. Check your order, you practically get the bag thrown at you and the lady was annoyed I didn’t move on… because I didn’t get my drink. The drink was wrong. Very old baked potato in the bag with one butter… no sour cream, no fork, no napkin. Gave them a second chance, same experience but this time I got a lovely half raw greasy burger with the cheese half on the burger and half on the paper. Very lousy location with the most miserable staff.

This Wendy’s is just about as good as any other Wendy’s you go to(or any other big name chain fast food joint for that matter). Sometimes the food is good, sometimes its bad. Sometimes the order is perfect, sometimes you gotta make an annoying trip back because they put ketchup on your kid’s burger who HATES ketchup. Sometimes the drive-thru is super fast, sometimes it takes FOR… EV…ER. Overall, it’s a «luck of the draw» place. C’mon people, you want better food and service? Here’s a tip: Stay away from any place that boasts a «value menu».
