Placed an online order. After waiting for 30 minutes it turns out that my order was ready since I arrived and paid. They didn’t bother to check if it was ready. Very poor customer service. There is always an issue every time I come, either they forget to pack something or something else. Last time here.

Yesterday I had the worst experience here. I ordered online to «skip the wait» and waited in line for about 15 minutes before i got to the front, once i got to the front, the girl took 3 phone orders before helping me. She mentioned the phone orders have priority after an angry customer cursed at her, i felt so bad for the girl because she kept asking for help while the other girl in the back ignoring her, so i just patiently waited instead of turning around and walking out since i chose the option to pay in store. After being there for about 25 minutes now, also 20 minutes after my food was ready for pickup, i finally paid and recieved my order. When i got to my car i checked the temperature of my wings, knowing how long theyve been sitting, and of course to my disappointment, they were cold. Such a horrible experience. My boyfriend ordered flame broiler and we picked up his before mine so by the time he finally got to eat his food it wasnt warm either. We were in such a hurry i couldnt waste another 25 minutes in line to return my food from it being cold. I ended up throwing it away and making a sandwich at home, a waste of 9 bucks. Thanks a lot, Wingstop. Also, they were out of ketchup! They share a parking lot with the grocery outlet, you would think they wouldve walked over to get some instead of explaining to customers theyre out since they had been waiting in line for that long.

Just bad planning on their part. I ordered for pickup on SB Sunday last TUESDAY! I showed up on Sunday to find an unruly mob with the same problem as me: their orders weren’t ready. I waited about 30 mins past my order time before giving up. In the workers defense, they did try their best to meet the demand, but how could Wingstop not anticipate such high demand? Apparently the ordering system they use to take orders doesn’t account for a large amount of orders for the same time and doesn’t stagger them out, which is a hilarious blunder on their part. Long story short, I got my money back and went home. I got hungry at halftime and ordered a pizza from Papa Johns, which showed up exactly 30 minutes after I placed the order. Get it together Wingstop Upland!!!

This is the best wingstop! They are quick, friendly, and have awesone customer service! I live in Rancho Cucamonga and I drive to this wingstop because the wingstop in Rancho is ridiculous and rude!

Absolutely destroyed our Super Bowl party!!! I ordered online in advance knowing that on the day of it was going to be a mad house. We get to the location ready to pick up our order and they don’t have it ready nor do they even have the ticket. Unacceptable and no sincerity what so ever from the staff for messing our party up. I will be contacting the BBB! Sad because I absolutely love wing stop wings but will never come to this location again after this Major screw up!

I LOVE Wingstop wings. There was time when I would eat them every week. But today I’m a changed man. My wife ordered 50 wings online for pick up at this location for our Super Bowl party. She placed the order on Monday for a Saturday pickup. Now, we get to this Wingstop at 1:45pm for our 2:00pm scheduled pick up and there’s a HUGH line. We’re thinking, «No problem, we already have our order and it will be ready by the time we reach the front of the line.» We get to the front of the line for payment right at 2pm and they don’t have our order even made. The gal at the register says«Oh, uhh, we can’t find any of those orders placed earlier in the week. Sorry.» Wait.WHAT??? So, she says she’ll have to make it now and it will take 30 mins. We timed this so our guests would have hot, tasty wings when our party started at 2:30pm, and now we have no tasty wings!!! Incredible! My wife and I left, because we had guests arriving. We will NEVER come to this location EVER again!!!

OMG I am starving! Just ordered wings and there was barely any meat on them. Teriyaki sauce tasted like dish soap. Fries were ok. I want my money back .oh and the Coke machine smelled like mildew. Would have talked to a manager while I was there but I had to go back to work. On a tight schedule. REFUNDPLEASE

I love wings and I love Wing Stop but my last few experiences at several different locations has really been disappointing to say the least so the one star is «unfairly being given» to this location as an average of my overall Wing Stop experience at multiple locations. This location has been fairly good but last night was horrible. I placed my order to go and they said 25 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked about my order which had been sitting on the shelf for 20 minutes as they had it on the call-in /on-line order shelf when my ticket clearly said«In Store To Go». They never called my name. I asked the girl behind the counter why they failed to inform me that it was ready and she just shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know without a care in the world. The wings were warm but the fries cold and soggy. I mentioned it and she said sorry sir but never offered fresh hot fries. I had to remind them that they forgot my cheese sauce. Apparently the help in the back can’t read order tickets.

They didn’t answer for the 20 times I called them to place an order. When they did they placed me on hold then they hung up so I called again only to be put on hold again for 10 minutes and that’s when I just hung up and am NEVER calling back again! No wonder they have a poor rating! HORRIBLE customer service. I’ll be taking my business to Buffalo Wild Wings for now on! If I could give them a zero start rating I would because they don’t even deserve 1!

Ordered my wings online for pickup. Wings weren’t ready at the time stated in my order pickup confirmation. Took 30 minutes after pickup time listed, on a slow night. Totally ridiculous and a waste of time. Wings were greasy and didn’t taste that great. Fries were dry and over seasoned. Will not be returning here.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. The wings are awesome ! Our favorite is the Louisiana dry rub. The rolls are buttery and yummy too ! To save time, I normally call ahead.

Okay called in my order because I read the reviews got here food was warm, tasting good no problems with that. Message to the owner: you are VERY understaffed this place looks a wreck 7 tables with trash on them that are yet to be picked up! It looks really bad!

I have not been one to judge a business by their Unilocal reviews, but I’m beginning to see the light on why others swear by it. I created a Unilocal account specifically because of this location. I noticed this location has two and a half stars, and frankly after my experience here I think that last star and a half are being very generous. The customer service here is awful! We ordered a twenty piece meal here Christmas night, but ended up not liking one of the sauces that we chose(it tasted off). When we asked to exchange them for one of the flavors we did like, the girl behind the counter(I think her name was Brittany) refused and said we would have to buy five more pieces. She«compromised» by giving us a side container of the sauce we did like, but why not just let us exchange? We really were not asking for much. And buy five more pieces? Really? We already paid for our meal, and we did not want that much more chicken. Most other businesses have no problem remaking something for you if it turns out that you’re not a fan of your initial order, whatever the reason. After your lack of customer service, we’re NOT keen on giving your location any more money! Don’t go here. They don’t respect you or your needs, and there are other businesses in the area with considerably better customer service that are worth going to. Very dissapointed, I’m a fan of Wingstop, but after this experience I’ve lost my appetite. I’m not coming back. And it doesn’t look as though I am alone in that sentiment as I look through the reviews on this Unilocal page. Judging from the reviews here, I honestly don’t expect to hear from anyone on behalf of this location.

A 5 star would be favoritism, but I’ll play both antagonist and advocate. There’s now a 2nd wingstop location I’d pay to eat at. I’ve been to all in the IE. Think I’m kidding? Do you recall the south fontana location? I think not… I’m serious I’ve ate at them all. This is my 2nd visit to this location; won’t be my last either. LOVEWINGSTOP. Brittany is an asset to the Ontario/Montclair location. Cheerful, helpful, bright, and filled with life.

They have a bunch of clueless girls working here, & they are all mentally slow. They give you blank stares & I feel like I have to talk to them like a child & break down my sentences in small easy words with hand motions. They need to hire men to run this place. Or a women that is alert and has a high IQ. Just by reading the other reviews I can tell everyone would agree. I ran a restaurant before & I know what is the problem here. The food took an hour to get out… Food was great. No complaints there.

The good: nothing. The bad: If you’re craving wings, I’ll have you know it’ll be faster to drive to a grocery store, buy a bag of wings, and fry 50 up in your own house than to come here and order 10. I waited 45 minutes for 10 wings and an order of fries. The staff members here all seem new or improperly trained. The woman who took my order had punched in the wrong order. I didn’t notice until after we paid. It took about 15 minutes to get this resolved because she didn’t know what to do and simply walked away from the issue. The ugly: A patron’s small child decided to knock down all the sauce cups on the floor. The child then decides to pick these cups up and place them back onto the counter to be used by other patrons. What’s worse is that an employee is helping this child pick up all these cups to place them back into use. Why??? I am appalled at how an establishment like this can exist.

Not sure if it was just me but I did not like their flavoring of the wings… It said it was spicy but it wasn’t. Also the price was very high too. My wings were overly fried… And how can a fresh cooked wing be cold that took 30 minutes to cook??? I understand that they get busy but it didnt look busy inside. Although I did realize they take online and phone orders so i get that part… But it shouldn’t take over 30 minutes for me to get 12 pieces of cold wings… For my wings being burned was a bad experience for me… Since I go to many wing places and its really hard to mess up a wing… Sauce was very blend too… Not sure if I’ll ever go back to this place… Cashier that took my order was very friendly but I know its not her fault that I got my order late but she kept on saying how sorry she was. I felt bad that she kept on saying sorry to me but
