If I could give a 0 star rating I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Didn’t even get a hello from any staff member. Asked about cordless phones… Girl had NO clue what I was talking about at first. And then my mom felt like she was going to get sick. Asked for a bathroom and were denied it because there«are no public bathrooms»…I seriously hope that one day they get sick in a store and that store refuses them the right to use a bathroom. No wonder Radio Shack is going out of business. I will never go to one ever again.

Still surviving despite the 2015 corporate bankruptcy, this Upper Arlington location was put on the good list. The store will be split into two soon, with half becoming a Sprint mobile store and the other half remaining the usual RadioShack parts and accessories. They still have a selection of small electronics supplies. I stopped in for a 9 V battery connector, even though the website said out of stock it was actually in stock, although I had to buy a pack of 5. The 9 V battery was pricey at $ 5. Frankie the store manager was very helpful.

Just your standard RatShack. Horribly understaffed, I had to find all my own components(no baskets or carts, so I had an armful). and didn’t see an employee face to face until I had waited to check out. In general they charge for convenience too, as anything you can find here you can find for 50−75% cheaper online. Lastly, they were blaring their music outside and inside the store, which just in general ticks me off.
