Horrific customer service! I drove past my local Dunkirk Supply to go to 84 lumber. I assumed they would be a larger, better, more knowledgeable store and I was wrong. So wrong. They delivered the wrong material after me coming into the store in person and telling them AND showing them what I want with a photo. They delivered the wrong stuff and it’s been a month now and no refund. They picked up the wrong material and now I can’t reach the manager… not that he was nice or helpful anyways. I went back to Dunkirk Supply and they sold me the same material for cheaper :) Dunkirk Supply will be my only stop..
