Dropped by for something quick. Drove up to the pay window and there was a young girl hiding and preoccupied with her phone then she didn’t even greet me when she opened the window. Phones in the workplace are ruining customer service and affecting business owners’ revenue.

Giving 2 stars because the food is always hot. Sometimes fries and sweet tea don’t taste as fresh as they should. Expect long drive through lines during lunch and staff that are eager to move on to the next customer. The pumps for the sauces are always empty on the inside but service is what’s to be expected of fast food restaurants when there’s not much for competition around.

This place sucks, either they never have something, I constantly have to wait for something or the staff is frickin nasty like I’m asking them to do anything other than their job, hate this location, only go because it’s less than 10 minutes away from house.

Last night I had a horrible experence here! First I pull up to the speaker to order my salad and they tell me they only have crispy chicken so I could not get grilled then tell methey only have two dressings availble and I told them never mind I’ll use what I have at home. I so pull up behind the car at the first window and wait about 10 min before moving, then I pull up to the window and wait another 5 min to pay for my food after falling asleep waiting. I pul up to the second window to get my food and they tell me to pull ahead because my food was not ready where I waited another 5+ min. This service was unaccetable!

It’s a 24 hour location. it’s only useful purpose is to serve food after the Wendy’s down the street is closed for the night.
Typical service speeds and service.
The drive thru spaces are there for the times they need to come out to your cat, if they can’t serve you fast enough in the drive thru.
Oh yeah… MCD’s is the only fast food location with a real value menu. so only for that reason, would I recommend this over the nearby Wendy’s.
