I had to return a chair. Steve the store manager was notified. He came right out for the needed information from the chair, helped me choose a new one, then helped to load in my trunk. Great customer service.

Simply horrid. Overpriced with bored sales team members that hover over people that really don’t sell anything of value. I think this place is run by wage robots, not people who might actually do something useful.

Never again… beyond slow & lethargic. That’s 28 minutes of my life I’ll never get back, trying to get 3 things laminated
And that was just to get waited on, not including the wait time for the service.
I suppose I’m spoiled by Staples & there «THAT WAS EASY» philosophy, excpet I saw this place first.
