Before I step into this place, I thought it was«just another fast food restaurant». I was wrong. This place provides the best chicken burger I’ve ever had in any fast food restaurant. The decoration and the environment is clean and warm. This is where you get food and service comparable to all big restaurants, only under the title«fast food».

How are they out of grilled chicken??? Super disappointing. Haven’t eaten all day just to come in and they are out of grilled chicken. I’m praying right now the wrap isn’t soggy…

While not the healthiest food, Chick-fil-A is better than most fast food options, and it’s chicken as opposed to red meat. I’ve swung by the drive through of this place a couple of times while I was in Vacaville and have had no problems. My orders were made properly and the wait time was minimal. Overall, not a bad experience with this location and would come here again. My favorite item here is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Waffle Fries; highly recommend the Chick-Fil-A sauce too

Been waiting 22 mins and counting after I paid for my food. I don’t mind waiting a bit for fresh food, but this is ridiculous. All for some chicken tenders and no I didn’t request they be fresh out the fryer.

I love going here even though the drive thru is always insanely long line. But that speaks so highly of their food and service!

Everything from the service to the food was good, expect for the sandwich bread. It fell apart before the 3rd bite. Luckily they have really good lettuce, so I ditch the bread and wrapped my chicken with the lettuce and it was perfect.

I guess trying anything but the normal chicken sandwich is a bust… I’m busy so I order in the drive thru, first $ 10 salad, no dressing. Second $ 10 salad, no chicken. Ok check everything before I leave… Third times a charm right? Nope! They give me spicy chicken on a garden fruity salad. I do not like spicy food. I didn’t even know they had spicy chicken honestly. What makes you think I want spicy, why not ask? I asked for crispy chicken, more than one option? ASKMEWHAT I WANT! Oh well, won’t be back. Rather drive to FF. Never had a problem there.

Food was decent. Very rude service by Todd K. Who took our order. Mgmt needs to keep an eye on this guy! Some great service though by others.

I just wanted to try something I have never tried. I usually go to Panera or Boudin SF when I want a salad. But, last night I tried Chick-a-fil. It wasn’t bad, but definitely not the value if you compare it to other restaurants. I expected fast food prices. My total for a salad with a small amount of chicken and a drink was the same as I would have paid at the businesses above. Not really a bargain. And, the food was not as good, plentiful, or as fresh. I did appreciate the diet Lemonade. That was good. The service was OK. The girl at the counter wasn’t really focused on the order. But, some of the other employees were friendly. Overall, OK, but over priced.

The food is always good. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. There are a few young girls that work the register that can use a little more training but over happy always pretty have with my visits.

Damn good chicken! Fast drive through and friendly staff. They said the milkshakes are better than in and out. I was skeptical, but they were definitely right!

Thank you to the wonderful people of Chick-Fil-A in Vacaville. They were so helpful to me and my daughter when I accidentally was locked out of my car after buckling her into her car seat. They called the fire dept, waited with me in the rain, and even gave us drinks and gift cards for our return visit. This was top-notch customer service that went above and beyond expectation. I will return again soon!

Oh jeez, my favorite fast food restaurant has set up shop at a convenient exit right off 80. How can I resist? Why should I resist? Resistance is futile when it comes to me looking at a Chick Fil A sandwich. I love that soft, buttery bread. The spiced-just-right chicken with its flaky fried crust. The moist, moist meat inside. ANDDON’T FORGETMYPICKLES. Politics aside, I do love this chain and while those of us in the Reno area are still waiting for our first one to open up, this is a great spot to indulge since it’s just half a minute away from the exit ramp off 80.

Good old fried chicken. Chic fil a is a brand that has a lot of popularity behind it, and for good reason. They make a darn good fried chicken for chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. Although a bit pricey, their chicken breasts are fried juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. I mean, there’s not much to be said, its a good fried chicken breast in whatever you order. My only complaint is that it is a bit expensive for«fast food» but eating in is actually a different experience to other fast food places. After you order, they bring the food to you, and they even have people that go around offering to refill drinks. All in all, chic fil a is definitely worth a visit if you’ve never been.

We just moved to Vacaville and our 3 kids love Chick fil A! Unfortunately, this Vacaville location has been disappointing every time we’ve gone(3 times). The foods been ok… but the service is lacking. The employees just aren’t what youd expect from Chick Fil A employees. We are here now on a Fri. night and they ONEPERSONONREGISTER! I hope they really revamp their staff… maybe more training. I dont look forward to our visits here anymore… miss our Folsom location.

Being from the greater Reno metro area, which does not(as of 2015) have a Chick-Fil-A, getting to go to one is a treat for me. While I normally patronize the Folsom and Roseville stores, I’ve been going to the Bay Area more often, which means a stop here or in Fairfield. While the chicken is the same as any other store, I have a feeling that the staff, especially those who work in the morning, don’t give two hoots about the store. As an example, I had to wait over 10 minutes for coffee two mornings in a row because they didn’t have any fresh coffee brewed, and C-F-A mandates that any coffee sitting for an hour has to be pitched. I asked the manager on duty about it, and she said, well, we forget to brew a fresh pot sometimes. This also carries over to the cinnamon clusters — my mom received hers cold, when it should be warmed up. The hash browns were barely edible. I’m thinking that if I want breakfast, I’ll go to Fairfield.

My family and I, visited the Vacaville location on 8⁄20 and I, couldn’t believe the customer services. The young kids/teens don’t acknowledge your presence or smile. No facial expression. They all look like ghosts and act like robots. I had to get out of that restaurant. The vibes were terrible. You won’t be seeing us again.

Although I try to not give my money to corporations that are anti-equal rights, my mom really wanted a chicken salad from this place so I had to come here. The drive through went by pretty slow, with two cars in front of me, but when I got to the window I paid and left quickly. Really good customer service over the monitor and by the woman who gave me my food. Positive: their chicken actually looks like chicken! I’d spend a lot more money here if they were more fair towards everyone’s right to marriage(jokes on them, everyone can marry now).

Part of the new food boom in Vacaville, Chick-fil-A took over the vacant KFC building near the Target/Safeway shopping center. I have only eaten at Chick-fil-A a few times and for the life of me I don’t understand why some people love this place so much. People it is just chicken! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was okay, nothing special. The fries dipped in the Chick-fil-A honey mustard sauce however were excellent. I also tried a side of coleslaw, cuz I love coleslaw and it was disgusting. Imagine KFC coleslaw put in a food processor and turned into baby food, that is what Chick-fil-A coleslaw is-YUCK! Service is fast and polite, prices are inline with other chicken spots, but really the only thing that stands out is the delectable Chick-fil-A honey mustard sauce. This place is okay if you don’t feel like driving to Popeye’s!
