McDonald’s

They get one star only because I have to give it to write the review. 20 minutes in the drive-​through is not fast food. The kid working the drive-​through window was nice enough but I have never been to a slower McDonald’s in my life.

Service is friendly hit or miss depending on who you’re dealing with at the time. ATTENTION TO DETAIL (!!), when you go through the drive through, the order should be checked and rechecked against the receipt to ensure the customer is getting what they ordered and paid for. YOU HAVE ONE JOB, to check the orders and be friendly. I blame it on management, it’s all in what you allow and if you read the customer complaints you will see that you are not doing your job to train/​retrain and to quality check your employees.
No one is perfect but when you continuously have the same offenses/​errors something needs to change to be corrected.

put one star because I can’t put none. they’re so rude and we’re talking crap in Spanish which I can understand since I’m Mexican. Found a hair in my food and she forgot to put the cheese the I paid extra for.

*OPEN CHRISTMAS NIGHT* What a wonderful McDonald’s! The service is great and their fries are the best I’ve had out of the 4 MCD’s I’ve been to in Vacaville. There’s Davis St., Monte Vista, Alamo, and this one, and this store has by far the best and freshest food. After a long and great Christmas Day with family, followed by an early family dinner, I worked up quite an appetite playing with the kids, moving dining room chairs for my mom-​in-​law, and driving back late-​night from Sacramento on Christmas and needed a midnight snack to kill my hunger. Kudos to this MCD location for not only being open when most all else is closed, but also for great grub and for scratching the heck out of my hunger itch!

I love this place. The crew is so friendly and the food is so fast and actually fresh.

I don’t reviews fast food restaurants because it’s fast food. not much to reviews on that HOWEVER i want to review the good service from the drive through earlier this evening around 6pm.
I’ve attempted a few places when going drive through to have my drink to be mixed with Coke and Lemonade (how I like it) and many places would just turn down by saying the machine doesn’t do that. It only allows mix Ice Tea non sweet/​sweet which is the majority of these chains do.
The young lady that took my order however was very nice when I asked for this drink and she input on the screen «ask me» which indicated to barista to ask her prior to give the customer order.
this was excellent IMO and I appreciated that a lot. Not many places that does this which is horrible.

Nice people but wow. Who puts tomato on the filet o fish?
I ordered extra tartar sauce, I usually check my order, but tonight I had too much faith…

They didn’t put extra tartar sauce, but two large tomato slices. Come on people, read the orders before u make stuff.

Yes, it’s McDonalds, but it’s clean and friendly and the food is pretty good. I actually kicked my Starbucks habit because the coffee here is so good, and the staff is always courteous to me.
This is a frequent breakfast stop on Sunday morning – you cannot beat the big breakfast with hotcakes!

Asked for burgers to be a specific way and they made them plain, not even any condiments. You have one job…

Too many flies at this mcds in summer its gross. They need some fly control. Winter time is ok.

This place should have zero stars for the the disrespectful employees .
They were very unprofessional. I am very displeased. and keeps reminding me why I don’t come to McDonalds.
I will call the store manager and the district manager to let them know how unsatisfying this experience was.
The food I got was old and cracking, so I went back thru the drive thru.
The worker with his name tag Hanging off his shirt was extremely rude
yelling in the back at customers and Hanging out the drive thru window talking loud to the customer at the ordering menu in from of me
I came back to get fresh food.
Saying and when handed me the bag he jokingly but nevertheless so inappropriately said «don’t come back»
I’ve never had an experience this bad

Not my first time, they are usually great, not excellent. Tonight they were on point! Hot lava Apple pies x 2– Coffee. Fresh & *WARNING HOT* x 2– YES!

First, as I was waiting to order, the cashier was busy talking with her boyfriend.
Second, waiting for order watched an employee fill up a personal cup with ice cream, the supervisor asked if she paid for it and they proceeded to talk really loud about the fact that it is theft. Employee was yelling then write me up!
Third, ordered food to eat there, appearantly they ran out of tray papers as my tray was lined with napkins.
As I sit here I cannot believe how loud these employees are laughing. (HELLA is not a real word!). I understand having a fun work environment is great but come on.

This is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Every location I’ve been to has messed up my order at least a couple times but this is the only location that manages to mess up my order literally every single time I ever go there. I’ve given this location a second chance many times but I’m finally just done.

For being only McDonalds around area, wasn’t to bad. As we walked in and a line formed, another cashier made her self available. Great service, they actually did again giving three cashiers for four people. Food cam out fast and as ordered, basically what your used to.

Fast and friendly service. The Oreo McFlurry I ordered had a perfect Oreo to ice cream ratio. Finally a drive thru that is fast!

This McDonalds is a pretty big store specially because it is connected to a gas station. The food is average and sometimes isn’t even hot or that fresh for that matter… The inside of the restaurant is kept fairly clean and the staff is pretty nice and helpful so that’s definitely a big plus. Unfortunately, their drive thru service kinda sucks. It is a one lane drive they that just out of the side of the store near the entrance to the actual location, so when they are backed up (which is more often than not), you have no idea where you should be lined up… should you be curving away from the entrance or should you be blocking the entrance to the location? I’ve seen ppl do both. lol The drive thru «runway» to the windows is REALLY long lol… the customer service is ok to good, but the speed of service at the drive thru is pretty bad, specially later at night.

I know working on Easter is no fun, but the girl taking orders was so rude. She didn’t acknowledge us when we were waiting, didn’t make eye contact, would talk to coworkers while people ordered so the customer had to repeat themselves and was not very friendly.
It crossed the line when she started swearing to a coworker when we were right there. My child does not need that. I’m just passing through town, but I won’t be back.

Cold burgers and chicken wraps!!!
Returned the food for replacement and got back hot burger, but the meat was still cold! The one part that should be hot isn’t. I don’t know how they pass a health inspection.
I tried to go and complain on the McDonald’s feedback page, but the Web Developer their is an idiot. You have to fill in your name, address, phone number, email addresses, personal habits, and bank account numbers (just kidding about the last two). In other words, they got some web site software and simply marked all fields as required. They are probably pleased at the lack of complaints not realizing that most of us simply get mad at the form and give up. Thank you Unilocal for being there for us!!!

Well, what can I say about McDonald’s. If you dont know what they are or how the food is, I am afraid I can not help you much.
However, that being said, this one was very clean, the staff friendlier than many others. We stopped here on the way home from San Fransisco because the traffic was horrable, while eating I overheard one of the workers say there where 3 wrecks on I 80 that was the reason traffic was so bad. So we stayed for awhile and savored our Mcdoubles and drinks.
