Once again… I had an issue with the shoes I bought… actually the problems are with my feet. I had an exchange and was able to get one without any problems at all. I had the pleasure to me Phyllis who helped me with my issues. She was very polite and professional with her suggestions of me choosing a wide width inside of a bigger size… genius!!! That did the trick. She also remembered me when I came in for the second time to buy a pair of boots which was impressive seeing that I’m sure she sees countless people throughout her day. Thank you so much Phyllis for actually taking the time to help me. Thank you for you kindness.

Every time I come in here I have the worst customer service! They are so rude and they never greet you. I rather go across town to merchant st to shop at that Payless. When I am in this store I can walk around for at least 20 minutes looking for something and still no one ask me, if I need any help. Once I ask THEM for help they are rude, like I am bugging them. Insane! This whole store needs be fired, and there needs to be new employees who truly care about customer service.

Nicer looking store than the one in the Solano Mall, although not as big. Staff here is extremely polite and helpful! I came in to buy my son a pair of shoes since his favorite pair were in ruin due to constant wear and tear. He wanted the same exact pair again, which just happens to be Pixar’s Cars themed. Thank goodness they had it and in his size! The assistant manager probably picked up that I was panicking about not finding his size(or a size up) and mentioned that they receive new shoes twice a week. Sweet, good to know! They also offer 10% military discount!
