Subway

This is the best Subway I’ve visited in Vacaville and there are more than a few. The young man has made two foot longs for me on two separate visits and they have both been wonderful. Veggies are fresh and crisp and when you ask for a little mustard and mayonnaise that’s just what you get, not a sloppy mess. Staff always greets me with a smile and quick service. I will be a frequent customer of this store.

Always clean with a comfortable atmosphere. The owner is always nice and the staff has all been there for a while. Veronica and Taran know most of the regulars by name as well as their sandwich. I normally just walk in and they ask «The same?» Then my sandwich is made to exact specifications.
I recommend this Subway over all others I have been to.

Clean, roomy, modern, free wifi. One of the nicer subways. Pleasant outdoor seating. Comfortable chairs for browsing the web or just relaxing.

My coworker went here today and ordered food all salads. I ordered tuna and after eating 2 very small scoops of tuna which was VERY SALTY btw… I put my fork in to take a bite and noticed cucumber on the fork found a SMALL BLACK HAIR… I was grossed out and took it back and got my money. I was mad so I forgot to take a picture.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE… the absolute worst Subway I have ever been to. Customer service: the lady was nice, we were greeted with a friendly hello, However when the gentlemen appeared from the back of the store and literally stood watch over the lady making our sandwich it became very uncomfortable. Talk about intimidation… WOW. Obviously a culture thing however your in AMERICA. Anyway if you don’t like vegis on your sandwich then this is the place to go. We got a footlong and asked for spinach… I kid you not she put about 3 – 4 pieces on it. Asked for more and I think she gave me 2 – 3 more spinach leafs, About 5 olives and 5 pickles. CHEAP CHEAP… I will NEVER return to this location. I’d rather drive 10 – 15 min. longer to be treated with respect and appreciation when I’m spending my money to help a business stay afloat. I can’t say enough negative about this place… The absolute WORST! Unilocal needs to have a negative star because they don’t even deserve one!!!

The atmosphere of subway was very clean. The cleanest one I’ve ever seen but there’s a reason why nobody was in there. customer service was horrible. I ordered a chopped salad and got a few pieces of lettuce in a few vegetables then hardly any chicken then paid over $ 8 for it because tax was almost 60 cents the lady was not understanding what I was asking. I kept asking her in different ways what the price difference for two chicken breasts or 1 chicken breast on the chopped salad because the menu only gave the price for the double chicken breast. she wasn’t understanding me so finally I just gave up got to the cash register and she still over charged me. The salad didn’t even fill up half of the container it came in. I don’t understand why people are so cheap with vegetables lol considering vegetables are very cheap. Sad that this is their first review maybe better next time with a different employee… If management is reading this I highly suggest hiring someone
