Wienerschnitzel

Been a long time customer and fan of this place since the new owners took over. They’ve done a great job here. Love seeing familiar faces behind the counter. Great value for the price. Very very clean place to boot!

This is the best Der Wienerschnitzel that we’ve ever been in. The lobby was very clean, the service was great, they even brought our food to our table. The food was as good as it gets for one of these places.

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. I’m impressed. The staff was attentive and helpful. I’m confused, where am I right now?

This will be my last trip to my all time favorite fast food … Their chili cheese dog. whatever they are doing is killing their traditional standards. A any given day you will get a totally different product. I’ve noted in the past that the dog is not a weinersnitzel dog, it pro came from Cosctco across the street. the bun also changes on occasion. but the absolute worst is they sometimes use a different chili, not weinersnitzel chili… and it tastes like they just keep adding into the old batch. Today’s was horrible, almost tasted burnt. I’ve complained before, so I get the message, you don’t care…

Fast service and decent fast food. My favorite thing from here is actually the prickly pear lemonade, it’s amazingly delicious. The hot dogs of course are good too.

2 stars only because I could see 3 employees and not one asked to take my order they continued their personal conversation with no customers in the drive thru, no customers inside eating or in line! Smh no wonder this place is empty! Rude Service! On employee said why didn’t you take her order? She just walked away! RUDE!!!

Hadn’t been to Weinerschnitzel in a very long time. Never been to this one, and I won’t be back! In all fairness, we did get the order to go, but it just looked and tasted bad.
Our order included the Chicago dog for DP, a cheeseburger for JK and the bacon dog for myself.
Having had the Chicago dog a couple times, he said it’s been consistently good. JK’s cheeseburger was a mess. The bun was torn and it was cold. My bacon dog left a lot to be desired. The bacon was limp and stringy and it too was cold.
While ordering I informed the guy behind the counter that I hadn’t been to his location before and asked what he recommended. He plainly answered «whatever looks good.» Okay… Well, I placed our order & took some pics inside while we waited. Once we got home, we were disappointed in our order overall. Aside from the Chicago dog, everything else left a lot to be desired!
Overall, poor quality and while the guy behind the counter wasn’t necessarily rude, he certainly wasn’t friendly. No thanks! I’ll pass.

It has been a while since I’ve visited a Wienerschnitzel… ‘And overall, it was alright. The drive-​thru moved relatively fast & smoothly, from placing my order to pick-​up window. Wasn’t sure what I wanted to try besides a little bit of everything but for now…
Jalapéno Poppers (6 pc) — «M’eh»; a bit on the slim side; needed more heat

I’m always on the lookout for the ultimate jalapéno popper… ‘And Wienerschnitzel’s poppers were none too impressive. (Jack in the Box, still has my vote!)

Overall, the jalapéno poppers, the mango-​lemonade were just alright… ‘However, the Angus Beef «Chicago Dog,» was surprisingly, very good. It was tasty and generously covered in fresh toppings, a big thumbs up! ‘Will definitely be making a return trip!

I am giving this a 1 star because I can’t give it anything less… first off we went in with a coupon from the entertainment book and the acted like we were lying or something and said they have never seen anything like this… then we placed our order and sat down and ate… the food is horrible, the hotdog was just a cheap horrible boiled hotdog the polish boy is a horrible tasting cheap boiled dog, the fries were soggy… I have gotten better hotdogs a grocery store snack bars and paid way less… don’t waste your time or money… go buy some nathans or hebrew nationals and boil them at home and they will taste way better and cost you much less… will never go here again even if someone pays me

Wow clean great service and good food. Not bad for a fast food place. Good job keep it up.

The good points are that it’s always very clean, and the people who run it are very nice. The hotdog I ate kind of left me regretting that I had eaten it, and gave me an MSG headache. I was expecting the «desert pear» drink to be new and exotic, but it just tasted like regular old fruit punch. The «cake batter dip» ice cream is so delicious; too bad they don’t have it all the time! The downside of the location is that there are a lot of crazy people hanging around that stripmall, so be prepared for a colorful visit. Just today there was some guy yelling, going around to all of the tables demanding to use someone’s cellphone to call 911 (the guys behind the counter wouldn’t do it) because «some woman took all my money gambling at the Talk N’ Win» in the stripmall. We left quickly with our ice cream!

This place is a total bust. I asked for a cheesey dog, and what I got was not even close to relevance. They gave me a frank with hard cheddar sprinkled on top. How does a restaurant that revolves around hot dogs not have cheesey dogs? Epic failure. I could’ve made a better meal at my house.
As far as service & surroundings goes: disappointing. I could barely understand what the staff were saying behind their thick hispanic accents, and the ceiling was only a couple feet from the top of my head. No lie, I’m 6ft tall, which is the average among tall men, and I could put my hands on the ceiling with ease. Thankfully I’m not claustrophobic, or that would’ve been a very uncomfortable trip.
Skip this joint.

First time ever a ta Wienerschnitzel and I was pleasently surprised. It was a nice change from the typical McDonalds and Burger King menu. I had the kraut dog and it was good. They also have Tasty Freez which I like. The service was very good. The building had some age on it and could use an update but otherwise no complaints.
I will go back.

Ordered a Jalapeño Popper chili burger, and OMG was this burger good!
Don’t have much to say about this place as I went through the drive-​thru. They took my order right away, the guy was really friendly and the service was fast! I was just looking for a quick bite to eat before work and this place hit the spot. Now all I have to do is try one of their hot dogs!

Never been to this place before. Actually, I never had the urge to go out and buy a hotdog before. Lately it seems that I’ve been craving hotdogs and one thing that I know … single hotdogs can get a bit expensive. Luckily Wienerschnitzel seems well priced and has a tone of options other than hotdogs.
A quick lunch spot, pretty decent service — I really can’t find anything negative about this place.

We need you in Santa Rosa by the SRJC!!! Love your chili

Cheap grub with a friendly service. A favorite place for the kids to visit after shopping at Costco.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location. They’ve done a great job making this place look asthetically pleasing, from the exterior to the interior. I love the all beef hot dogs on a pretzel bun. One or two usually fill me up… The corn dogs are also really good and cooked fresh. This is not the old Hamburger Stand that used to be there long ago, it’s much much much better. The people are always friendly in the drive thru and they never get my order wrong.

Even though it’s owned by indians and tht usually comes with a stereotype… this place is immaculate! The food looks the way it does on the menu and they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door. 5 stars forsure

Food is what you’d expect from a fast-​food chain… palatable. But the service is fast, friendly, and most importantly, competent.
