This place is okay. They have good food, and their shakes are good – when they’re actually selling them that is. The service though, is pretty friendly each time I go here. I went there last night and the lady was decent and friendly to us. The meal was cooked very fast, and it didn’t disappoint. What I didn’t like was that they weren’t willing to make a shake when I visited minutes after 9PM. My brother and I were the only people there though, and they weren’t rude about it or anything, but the next time I go here, I will either try and bring a whole group with me, or just come a bit earlier.
All in all, this is a nice taco and burger joint for the average hungry customer on a budget. I honestly prefer it over Taco Bell sometimes. One last thing, this place is not 24 Hours like the website says. The dine in service closes at 10PM on weekdays, and the Drive Thru closes at midnight.

I’ve gotta say, I’m usually super picky about where I get my burritos, but this place really does it for me. The food is relatively cheap and I’ve come here a few times after shopping at the Vacaville outlets and have ordered the nachos in addition to my usual burrito. The place is an average looking little restaurant with a drive-​thru that seems pretty slow but maybe it’s because of the location — not sure how many people stop by in Vacaville, in this area. I can’t complain about the service; the staff is friendly but it’s your typical fast food joint. I’m probably going to stop by again in the near future, since I visit Sacramento often enough!

Dang. That was literally the worst $ 10 I’ve ever spent. I came here to enjoy a nice meal but ended up getting mediocre food. The fries. If I wanted to eat a raw potato, I would have gone to Walmart and gotten one for cheaper. The tacos and burger tasted like they were undercooked. This trip was all kinds of bad.

Um… They advertise ²⁴⁄₇ but they were closed on a Saturday night. Really? So unprofessional!

Horrible service. There was nobody in the place. No surprise. A few cars in the drive thru. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes. No lie. Kept being told one minute. Ended up walking out after waiting another 3 minutes.

Del Taco was generally a nice place to go eat pretty good food for not too much money… but Wednesday night 1÷28÷15 my family and I stopped by Del Taco to dine in after my sons game and found that there was no key to the restroom. With further inquiry from the really nice cashier Brenda, I find that the problem of the missing key was communicated to management but yet she had no key to hand me?! So i’m then thinking a manager or even someone higher up has really left their staff and customers without the ability to use the facilities or sanitize before eating??? Shame on management for that!

The food is always hot and good. But the business in Vacaville is not a very clean place to eat. The business is always cold, summer or winter and usually many dirty tables. Twice in the last week I visited there and both times there were no clean tables, trays, drink cups were on them. First time I asked to have someone clean one and they ignored me, only one other person eating, so took my food and ate it in the car. Second time I wanted to embarrass them enough to do something about it as I asked for a rag to wipe a table down and they handed me one. Still couldn’t be bothered to clean their own tables. But then after 25 minutes without getting food (no other customers inside) I asked how much longer it would be. Everyone was talking behind the counter and feel they just plain forgot the order as it was out in a very few minutes after I asked. The staff is not friendly and several are border line rude. They never suggest items and treat people like they are really doing us a favor. If the staff would pay more attention to the business rather than stand around behind the counter talking would make for a better business relationship. Cannot believe that cooperate doesn’t do something about all these complaints. The reviews are sure not what I would expect for a so called thriving business.

Anytime we go on a long drive, we try to stop by a Del Taco for a quick meal. I love their chicken quesadilla and caramel cheesecake bites! It’s a pity they don’t have a location near where we live.
We were there a few minutes before opening time. They opened ten minutes late — good thing we were not in a hurry. When we placed our order, we were told we had to wait a few more minutes longer for the chicken. We were not in a hurry, so we didn’t mind as much. Besides, it was worth the wait. Btw, I liked the hot sauce dispensers at this branch.

They advertise a 24 hour drive thru, yet are never taking orders or even working when I come by around midnight-​1am. Writing this review right now as I’m sitting in my car next to the menu and speaker. They used to do great and were always open available about 6 or ao months back. Now it seems they have a new night crew that thinks they can just show up for work and goof all while getting paid. Management needs to look into getting this corrected.

Sitting in the Del Taco drive through for 50 minutes. The girl at the window and taking orders is rude and should be fired immediately. She was mean and told me it would be a 20 minute wait with 2 cars ahead of us… as if we had a choice to leave with 10 cars behind us. Apparently there’s only 2 people working there tonight, so the manager should probably be fired too! It’s actually been like 30 minutes now since we ordered, so not only is she mean but she’s a liar too! Well we are now stuck here and can’t get out… Don’t even want the food anymore! I feel like a hostage! Please help!!! I hate you Del Taco you done me wrong

Disappointed that we ordered 10 tacos and I specifically asked for lots of hot. Sauce and was only given 3 packets.

I stopped by driving from Washington to LA the girls that was working that night were awesome and nice next time I drive back up ill stop again here thank you

Frequent this place on Mondays for their 99¢ fish tacos. Nothing extraordinary BUT the best fast food fish taco I had.
Never dined in, but front counter service is quick!

Nasty food. A wannabe Taco bell.

A nice change from the same old mexican fast food. Not a huge fan of their sauces, but I love their chicken. I also like the fact that you can get decent burgers and fries there. Their loaded fries are pretty good and if you’re lucky they may have coupons in the mail sometimes. Btw one Macho burrito will usually stuff a normal human being. Wish they would bring back the carnitas again. I hate going through the drive thru because their idea of «a lot of sauce» is four packs.

With Vacaville having the highest number of fast food & casual chain dining restaurants per capita of any city in the entire universe, it was shocking that there was only 1 pseudo-​Mexican fast food chain in town. But then, enter Del Taco.
Given the choice, I’d rather go to a Del Taco than «make a run for the border.» Both peddle ground mystery meat tacos & burritos, but Del Taco has 1 of my all-​time favorite fast food sides. It’s all about the Jalapeño Rings. I do like the spicy.
A couple notes worth mentioning: breakfast served all day & 24 hour drive-​thru. Since breakfast items are available anytime, I got a Bacon Breakfast Burrito for $ 0.99, Jalapeño Rings (of course) & a medium soda.
The Bacon Breakfast Burrito was meh, I’ve had better. The Jalapeño Rings were killer (of course). The «medium» soda was damn near a bucket, no need to upgrade to Macho size.
Which brings me to the other reason I’d rather go to a Del Taco than «think outside the bun.» Macho Tacos, Macho Burritos & going Macho with a combo meal, Del Taco is big on the Macho theme. Cheesy, sure, but cool cheesy.
Vacaville really didn’t need another fast food restaurant, but it got a new Del Taco anyway. It’s all good. 1 more outlet for my beloved Jalapeño Rings is still welcome.
