Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Fast, nice people, good food, fries were a little too salty, but that’s my only complaint

Not all cracked up to what I thought it would be. Maybe I’ll try the one in Savannah, Ga. That’s all I have to say.

This place when it opened was one of the best burger places I’ve ever been to. However it feels in the past couple of months they’ve fallen to complacency. Their burgers have gotten smaller and so has the amount of bacon, The first likely coming from them squashing the burgers so much to cook them faster, The second is just plain cheapness (I recieved half a strip of bacon, that’s it). It use to be worth paying the extra money for the better quality and freshness. Now. not really.

Very consistent burger! The staff is always super excited to greet you and the burger is good every time we go, which is often.

I do not know how this doesn’t have five stars. Food is exceptional as it always is. We had our dogs so ate outside and the restaurant was packed for a Saturday lunch rush. The manager brought out 2 cups of water for our dogs which was so nice of them especially being so busy. A really great staff at this store super friendly and all smiles. Had 2 burgers and fries and of course, it was amazing. Thanks

The burgers are second to none. However, tonight I went in with my family to eat supper. There weren’t many people in the restaurant, but the music was so loud there was no way to have a conversation over a meal. We asked them to turn it down which they did only a little. Even with it turned down, you had to yell across the table and couldn’t hear yourself think. I don’t know if I will go back. It a shame because they have such a great hamburger.

My Life savor!!! Best Burger in Val and nice people. One tip to get a quick order: Order online. You can give them clear instruction and pick up whenever you want!

The staff here is awesome!
It was pouring down rain at the time when we arrived but we had been driving a while and wanted a good meal. I wanted 5 Guys (mainly for the fries) and this location was on our route back to Florida. When we walked in the staff was jovial and upbeat despite it being pitch black and raining cats and dogs outside. The staff greeted us as we arrived and took our order. I was surprised to learn that 5 Guys sells milkshakes at some locations, as the ones I frequent do not.
We dried off a bit and waited for our order which was available pretty quickly. The fries were hot and fresh but a little raw on the inside still so we took them back to the counter. Without hesitation, the staff apologized and offered to make us another batch. Since that was what motivated the trip, edible fries were essential for me. The second batch were cooked fresh but done on the inside. We were able to enjoy our meal and take a break from driving and refuge from the rain.
Again the food was pretty standard for the chain but I had never encountered such a staff with so much joy and happiness. This was not just the case with us but with everyone in which served during our visit. Their smiles were contagious as they made me smile and pep up by the time I left.

This place is now the last place in valdosta I will ever go eat! The only reason its getting one star is for the milkshake which was good but far over priced for the amount you get. The food was a messy gross pile of grease. for all the talk about how great their fries are I was expecting firm, crispy fries but instead got half cooked floopy gross potato sticks, they don’t even deserve to be called fries. The music was up so loud you couldn’t hear them call numbers and there is no loud speaker for orders. The valdosta store is small and was over crowded we literarily had peoples butts inch’s from our plates. We stopped here because chick fil a was busy… I now know why I would of gladly waited twice the time for the much better service and food across the road at chick fil a, it will also save you 8 dollars. I was with three people and none of our bills were under $ 15, this is the first time I have ever ate anywhere and wanted my money back five guys is a terrible food joint and a rip off. STAY AWAY FROM FIVE GUYS IN VALDOSTA.

Great burgers and fries! Finally one in Valdosta. Bunless was tasty, little messy but good!
