I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes now. At 3:30am. I don’t understand what the problem here is. There was only 1 car in front of me ordering. I’m pissed enough to pull away. Honestly, the worst stop I’ve made in a decade on I-75. AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOST!

20 minutes sitting in a drive through. At 3:30 in the morning. 20 friggin minutes. What possibly could be so complicated about McDonald’s breakfast that it takes 20 minutes to get through it? Seeing the 5 or so cars in line, we just figured it was the biggest fast food restaurant around and therefore the most popular. We’d be in and out in 5 minutes right? Because that’s what this is supposed to be. Fast food. Every other McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to can somehow get through a few cars in little time. We actually put the car in park sitting in line because it took so long. We were driving late at night because we have a baby and it’s easier to travel at night. Well he woke up because we sat for so long. We ended up asking the guy behind us to back up so we could leave because we sat there so long. He ended up leaving too because we told him that. After all that, I was a little frightened to try their food anyway

Visited parents from Scramento for 3 ½ weeks. Stopped at this McDonalds because it’s near their home. First time, I stopped to pick up a sausage biscuit and hashbrown. Got my order wrong, instead I received three breakfast burritos. Had to turn around and go back to get the correct order. Hashbrown was so greasy and under cooked I tossed it out the window of the car before I left the parking lot. Tonight, I stopped to get them some food. Cashier was obviously annoyed for some reason. Believe it was because she had to wait on me and she thought someone else should have taken my order. Awkward! Then I observe the same cashier inserting her dirty fingers into my french fry container. It’s not brain surgery people. Get your act together! I won’t be back ever again. Slow, unorganized, unfriendly, and unsanitary.

While driving back from Atlanta we stopped by this McDonald’s to get something to eat. The worst McD’s I have ever been to, EVER! Tons of customers standing around either waiting to place their orders or picking up food. The workers do seem to be working hard though, except for the person who took the orders. She was slow and could care less about doing her job. I had to wait about 10 minutes to place my order. While in line I saw 2 customers complained about their food being wrong. I will never stop by this McD’s again.

I was in a hurry returning home from a vacation and was about halfway into a long drive when I decided to stop here. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first and I would’ve gone an exit or two later to feed my 9-yr old travelling partner. To sum up the poor experience: Slow and unorganized counter service that had several customers confused as to where the line to order was and where to get your order when it was done(the lady put the receipts down on the counter and another lady in the corner was calling out order #‘s when ready) — you literally had to reach over people to get your order. They were out of ketchup(how does this happen Mr. McDonald? You should be ashamed of yourself and wipe off that clown smile!). The parking for this one is horrible and even worse so if you’re exiting and trying to head back to the highway — trust me on this! The only positive I can say on this place is that our food order was correct which seems to be a rarity among fast food places lately!

While the appearance was nice, the service was pathetic and the manager was just plain rude when we asked about the status of our order. 20 minutes for them to make 2 wraps and 2 sweet teas. I hate McDonalds. Never again!

This place is a hole. A beautiful lipstick-on-a-pig style hole. Service? Excellent. Met with happy smiley person behind cash register. Ambience? Great. The new interior looks like someone crossed a fast food place with a Samsung Android tablet(not Apple iPad — it didn’t look THAT good). Food? Crap. If it’s early Sunday morning and you don’t have breakfast items in stock? What? Huh? You’re McDonalds — your only job is to have, on hand, mcmuffins, biscuits, hash browns and mcgriddles. If you don’t actually HAVE those items in your store it’s because your owner/manager is not doing their job.

I made the mistake of thinking this newly remodeled McDonalds could not possibly be as bad as the other Valdosta location on Ashley. I went through the drive through, placed my order, drove up to pay only up be told the drive through’s credit card machine was down. This would not have been an issue if I had been told as I ordered. I was told I would have to go inside. I asked if they could just place the order«inside» and swipe my card inside(I have never been asked to sign so I see no problems with this.) I was told no and the manager came over and told me «that’s why we have inside registers.» ok… so here I am stick behind 2 cars waiting for their orders and cannot back up because there are cars behind me. The manager has essentially told me this is my fault for not coming inside at 11pm when I had no previous knowledge that their card machine would not work at an essentially brand new location. Needless to say I will not be back again. Lesson learned.
