I was at this exact establishment today, November 22, 2015 at 11am and in my burger was in fact a hair. I looooong black hair which I pulled out of my mouth. I tried to bring it back and some bald headed wanna be thug tries to argue with me that he can’t do anything because his manager is on break. I see the manager just on her phone so I yelled at her that she better get up and do her job. I got my refund but will NEVER go back here.

I have to start saying that the drive-through speaker is the most CLEAR sounding drive-through speaker I have ever endured. Haha, really. Service is always more than friendly, and they are quick to add/change/fix whatever it is you need last minute if worst case scenario. Plus, it’s always a breeze ordering whether in your car or walking inside. You are always in and out in around 5 – 10 minutes. P. S. the latino guy that works the drive-through around lunch time is really cute. Just saying…

Although I didn’t notice any lack of customer service today, just a little lack of knowledge about which discount button to push surprised me. However, my greater disappointment came when I put a piece of chicken from their Apple Pecan Chicken Salad in my mouth. The meat was not tender, and in fact, it was more«chewy» than anything else and did not taste the same as the chicken I had enjoyed in my recent past visits. I ate a couple more bites before tossing the remaining salad into the trash. I watched a commercial earlier tonight on one of their other salads… I wonder if they are using the same chicken in it.

What has happened to this Wendy location. The last two times I have been there the cashiers are lacking customer service. Last time today noon

We had a birthday party here for a bunch of boys after going to the nearby trampoline center. The staff were so helpful in organizing our meal! They made food recommendations based on our budget and the age of the kids. We were very impressed with their kind service!

I’ve never had a problem with this location. The staff are always very nice and polite. The manager even redeemed my coupon even though it was expired once. I love that their drive thru is open late because sometimes I crave a frosty in the middle of the night! I appreciate that they have a large value menu with many items actually costing $ 1 unlike mc donalds. My food is always hot and fresh tasting. Look forward to many more visits.

It’s the most comfortable Wendy’s I’ve been to, and of course I dig the square-shaped burgers. The other location in town is closer to our house, but this is better for eating it there. The air conditioning is not overdone(which in the SCV is miraculous to say the least) and staff is pretty friendly. When I do chain fast food, Wendy’s is my go to, and this location is preferred.

Overall the food here is always great and I always get their chili. Service is quick and consistent as usual. Only negative is that the chilli is Luke warm once in a while. Other than that I like this place because its near my house, its clean, and it stays open til 1am… which is awesome because every thing in Valencia closes at 9 or 10.

my return to Wendy’s was a pleasant upgrade! thanks for the owner Rob reaching out to offer us to try this Wendy’s again, i arrived to a warm, very nice and friendly manager. The burger was juicy, delicious, everything was fresh, and what a change from my previous experience! the frosty was also much better; smooth, rich, creamy, and chocolaty! Wendy’s has regained my support and can’t wait to return!

the food was okay, not bad not stupendous. the service sucked. some gal name mikka took my order. she was busy flirting with the young man on shift with her. this went on for at least 2 minutes. went to the register, didn’t say a thing. but threw attitude at me like I was bothering her. no hello, no nothing. she swiped my card handed it back, then went back to flirting with the boy on her shift. no thank you, no fuck you, no nothing, gave me my receipt but didn’t explain I have to wait for them to call my # ill be #2. I had to ask her what to do next. do I wait for a number? do I stand here? when this mikka chick called out the order # after an unusually long wait time there was no thank you, no smile, nothing. called the number and left. I was starting to feel uncomfortable with myself, but I saw she treated customer after customer the same way. food was okay. fries were cold.

Their burgers are better than what I remember a few years ago. I had the baconattor and it was awesome! No fountain machine in the dining room. Dips such as ranch and bbq are good.

My Wife loves Wendy’s and this place is exactly what one comes to expect of a Wendy’s. Like most of my reviews for big chains, nothing would keep me from coming back, but there’s nothing exceptional about this specific one.

I like Wendy’s because they have awesome salads(as far as fast food goes). The chicken is actually good and not nasty like other fast food restaurants. The pecan chicken is my favorite(chicken, apples, craisins, and cheese crumbles) and they have a seasonal berry salad that is also delicious. The food always tastes fresh, as far as fast food goes. Also they have a lot of somewhat healthy choices; salads, baked potato, chili. This particular Wendy’s is fairly fast, but if there is a long line in the drive-thru go inside because usually no one is in the restaurant and they tend to be a little quicker inside. Also they have free WiFi, which is nice, but I think you have to ask the manager for the code. The employees seem to always be friendly. My biggest complaint about this restaurant is the drive-thru always forgets something. After not getting dressing with my salad and sour cream with my baked potato, I always check. Sure enough, 9 times out of 10 they forget something. A little fyi; In June I purchased a frostie card for $ 1(it’s the same size as your gym membership card that goes on your key ring, but it’s in the shape of a frostie). The card enables you to get free jr. frosties for a year. When you order at the drive-thru you tell them you have the free frostie keychain and they will give you one. They have never once checked to see if I actually had it. How could they, it’s attached to my keys? You can’t buy them anymore, but I assume they’ll start selling them again in June. It expires June 30, 2012.

This place on a Saturday afternoon is hell. I probably sat in the drive thru a good 15 minutes until I decided that maybe going inside was a better option. Well, that line didn’t go very fast either. Sigh. 15 – 20 more minutes in that line, I was finally up there and it was my turn. I did like that they give you your food right there. That’s why the line takes so long, but it sort of makes waiting in line a bit better knowing that you’ll get your food while you’re up there. Their new chicken sandwiches are really, really good. I will definitely have it again.

We’ve eaten at this Wendy’s quite often when we’re out to get a quick bite. I prefer Wendy’s to the other chains — I think their food tastes better and is healthier. We live close by, so it’s convenient and their drive thru is open late. So why four stars for a Wendy’s? I give it four stars because the provide exactly what I expect. Service is good for a fast food place. The food is good, nothing wrong with it. It feels clean inside and not run down. I’d say this Wendy’s is better than the average ones and far better than other burger joints like McDonalds, Burger King, Carl’s Jr, Jack in the Box or Del Taco. Definitely worth going to for a cheap, quick meal.

Not too much point in reviewing the food. It’s a chain you know what you are getting. I actually prefer Wendy’s to other chains because I can get a baked(or microwaved) potato instead of fries. The benefit. Of going to a fast food chain is you can go in, tell them a number and your food shows up soon after. The key to this is having someone behind the counter who knows what buttons to hit to make this all happen. Sadly this time around that was not the case. It was very clear that the one staff member at the counter was still in training so I am not going put our issues on her shoulders. I know every one need do the job in order to learn it, but the lunch rush is not the time and place to get a new worker acclimated to a role. I place the blame on the general manager who put this new person in a no win situation. I gave 2 stars rather the one solely because this new counter person at least could speak and understand English, an issue I have had at a few other fast food places. Bottom line is that I use fast food to get a quick bite so I can get back to the job, I and should not take longer ordering my food then eating it.

A while ago(6 months maybe?) I noticed a banner outside this particular Wendy’s saying it was among the best in the world. I thought that was a pretty bold statement… Well, turns out it’s true. This Wendy’s location is number 2 in the world. I’ve been there a bunch of times since I saw the banner, always hoping to see WHY it is number 2 in the world, but it always seems average to me.
