After finishing up my 2 item combo plate I had to Unilocal my experience with this Panda Express. Yea I know what you’re thinking — uhh it’s Just Panda dude. But wait. My combo plate of Black Pepper Chicken and Angus Steak was very good. The chicken has a nice kick to it with he pepper and very savory. Served in onions and celery it’s quite good. While the angus steak was very tender. No gristle or weirdness you might expect from fast food places. Mixed with string beans and onions, I found it very complimentary as a dish. The fried rice was good too and there was plenty of it. Lany, I assume the manager at the time, did a great job. The orders were being dished out very efficiently. She was getting it done with that ladle! And generous potions were great. Took the time to make sure I got the extras I needed with my order like sauces and things on the side. My order was a to-go order and when I got home or was still hot! They were busy cooking up fresh food in the kitchen the whole time. Oh and don’t be shy to ask for a sample. They gladly offered a toothpick sample of other items — cuz there’s so many options and they have new flavors all the time. I sampled the Pacific Spicy Shrimp and it tasted great. Next time Panda… next time! The entire staff was super friendly and communicated well from the serving line to the cashier. If you round up your total to the next dollar they donate the difference to a charity. Cool! Oh then they rang a bell and all yelled«thank you»! Ahh wasn’t ready for that but I like it! Good quick food, great service, great attitudes. Parking is easy. Restrooms available. Clean open seating.

One of my favorite fast food Chinese places to eat. Sometimes there’s a line 20 people deep and other days it’s only two people in line. Anyway, the most popular entrée is their orange chicken, Tasty fried chicken nuggets with a sweet and sour sauce on top. Other good items are their honey walnut shrimp, beef broccoli, Beijing beef, mushroom chicken, teriyaki chicken, etc. the side items are either chow mein or fried rice or steamed rice or veggies… Or s combination of two. They have some spicy items that are marked with little red chili peppers, and two types of egg rolls, and some angus beef items. They charge s little extra for shrimp and angus beef entrees. They have some desserts like almond cookies or fortune cookies that come with your meal. They also have some rice bowls with your choice of one entrée on too. Different drink options like tea or soda or waters. Price is about $ 7 to $ 8 for a two entrée plate.

This Panda is my favorite Panda because of the extremely friendly staff, especially the manager, Lany. Food is of course great — nothing less to expect, but the staff are even more awesome! Ready to be «welcomed» when you go

Hot and sour soup gone now for a long while, potstickers now gone, fatty chicken, sometimes underdone rice, and mediocre service. Too bad the firecracker chicken comes and goes. Almost the same price to pick up real Chinese.

I went there to pick up dinner for my husband and me. I can’t even tell you how nice everyone working there was! Usually they just throw the rice, noodles and chicken in my to go box and never look up. Not this time! I left there with the biggest smile because they all had smiles and were so personable. Thank you for making my night:)

always have food ready and hot in the trays so i don’t have to wait for an entrée i want to be ready. generous with their chili and soysauce when i ask for them, not to mention fortune cookies. only thing is their sierra mist never seems to taste like sierra mist. all their other drinks are fine but only sierra tastes cometely watered down.

The best Panda Express location I’ve been to! And believe me, I love me some Panda! As another reviewer said, the staff are extremely polite. First, they were very patient with my wishes to taste so many items. Secondly, they never once failed to smile. Thirdly, a fresh batch of chow mein came out right after Karen was done with my order and even though I didn’t even request it she offered to switch my chow mein with the new one!!! I have not received customer service this amazing anywhere else! Oh but it’s not over. I was paying for the food and I asked for soy sauce and chili sauce. The employee at the register gave me a whole handful! And by the time I sat at my table he came after me with hot mustard sauce, thinking that I may have forgotten to take some. The food itself is some of the best Panda dishes I’ve had. I mean we all tried orange chicken here and there. The one I had here was cooked to perfection! Crunchy, zesty sweet outer coating and juicy soft chicken bit inside. None of the bottom of the pan soggy sad food in this place! In summary, this place rocks! The employees are definitely happy to be here and they make every customer feel welcome and satisfied! If I lived close to here I would visit this Panda Express every week! Corporate Panda should take a page out of this manager’s book and aim to get every other store manager to his level.

The best Panda Express location in Santa Clarita. I can’t tell you enough, how nice the staff is. They’re always kind even when there’s 100 people in line. Orange Chicken with Sweet Fire Chicken combo is fantastic, and the Honey Walnut Shrimp is great. I sometimes only get it to eat the walnuts, lmao. However, during lunch and dinner time, call over the phone or online and place your order. Tell them you’re going to be there in 5 – 10 minutes, and you get to cut the line and pay in front of everyone. The other day I parked in the parking lot, ordered by phone and told the lady I was 5 minutes away. Walked in a few minutes later, and there was at minimum 40 people in line. The line was literally out of the door. I walked through the line and paid first thing. My food was waiting under the heating lamps ready to be bagged and eaten!

It’s Panda. This location does not always keep the entrée stock a plenty. Which is annoying. Especially when you have worked all day and your husband loves the place. I’d prefer one stop at Chipotle, but a way to a man’s stomach I mean heart is food??? Nine out of ten times I have to wait for them to make more of the«better half’s» favorite, which does suck. But take out is better than having to cook and clean after after a looooooong day. Quality is good. Price ok. $ 10 – 11 per person. There are always options in entrees and Panda Express chefs are always contouring up new recipes which is cool and they will sample of you would like to try something new. Staff seems ok. Faces change quite a bit. But the place is pretty clean and food is good.

Great service, easy parking and friendly employees. Choices were limited just before lunch time. I ordered the orange chicken, fried rice, chow mien, broccoli and beef and this was a takeout for five cost me $ 35.

First time coming to this location. It’s busy and the set up of the location is wrong. Walking thru the door there was not enough space for people to stand in line because the line starts in the corner and then goes to the other side of the room. I ordered my usual and my order also came with a piece of hair. I would of drove back but it was late and raining so basically I wasted money driving there.

If you’re reading this review and skeptical about the 4 stars I don’t blame you. Sure, it’s a Panda Express, but being what they are, I still like this location. It’s clean, staff here is functional and friendly, they get their job done. The food is to be expected, it’s ‘fast food’ and sometimes, due to a pressed schedule or that weird craving, it sure hits the spot. But the real gem here and what justifies that fourth star, to me, is they serve boba here. Yesssss, say it with me dolls and let it roll off your tongue… BO-BA! Now don’t get me wrong, not any place serving boba would automatically gain a highly coveted Unilocal star from me, the boba has to be good, it has to be legit, and that folks, I can attest to here at this Panda Express. Boba is soft, but still has a good chew. The teas offered are limited, but my favorite here is their green milk tea — YUM! Parking is simple enough as they have a private parking lot, it’s just those crazy SCV drivers you need to watch out for, and trust me, there are PLENTY of them.

C’mon now. It’s Panda Express. The food is fairly consistent at all chains. You go in not expecting authentic Chinese foods. I thought service was slow, maybe they’re understaffed. But when it was our turn, Alexis T. was very courteous and welcomed us, explained that the cream cheese Rangoon may take an additional 2 minutes and would I mind waiting. She was very pleasant.

This is the best panda express in SCV! The main reason why is because they serve BOBA! The boba is fresh and tasty. The milk teas are freshly brewed as well. The food is great. The staff is friendly. What more can you ask for?

Not fresh tasting at all. For a chain place one would think it would taste like all the others. The chicken was way over cooked. Counters did not look clean where the food is. Pass on this location.

Most of my friends have gotten food poisoning here, and they’re missing lots of items. Too crowded. Plus, when a new item comes(and it isn’t limited edition), it’s gone less than two weeks later! Go to another destination. It’s a Panda Express fail, like other locations across Santa Clarita(except for the Panda Express at the mall.

Wow honey bacon is the bomb. Even the sample was huge. I dig this place. Fast. Quick and tasty. I know the true Chinese food snobs will turn their nose up to this joint… it serves a niche… to those who don’t care if it’s schezwaun or Peking duck.

This location is kind of sucky but it was a meal of convenience. They don’t have any frickin’ items to choose from unless you want orange chicken or orange chicken. I exaggerate, but seriously there is no teriyaki chicken, no shrimp, no shanghai angus steak, no nothing! My favorite item — BBQ pork is totally no longer sold — weak sauce my Panda friends. China mist brewed iced tea is the only thing I can count on. I do like the brown rice — but there’s no entrees to go with it!
