Every time I come into this store they always find a reason why they can’t help me. Went in around 3 weeks ago the guy tells me he’s new and he’s the only one in the store and doesn’t know how to add money onto my account. Then today I just went in there with the same guy at 5:30 and he told me he shut down all the computers because they were closing soon. They closed at 6:00. Who shuts down equipment 30 minutes before closing? So basically I had to drive another 15 to 20 minutes to the other side of town both times I went. You might as well just go to the actual verizon store and save you the time and frustration. This store is a joke. None of their sample phones are real either. They are just cheap plastic models with paper screens lol just don’t go.

If I could put 0 stars i would. I waited 40 minutes before the woman even looked up to help me. Then she told me she couldn’t help me. Very rude considering she could have asked me what I needed 40 minutes ago and told me she couldn’t help so that I didn’t have to waste 40 minutes of my busy day.

When your sign says you open at 10am and no one shows up for 15 minutes only to find, once you do open you, can’t exchange a Verizon accessory purchased at another Verizon Store — poor customer service! You didn’t even bother to look at what I needed to exchange! Frustrating!

This has to be one of the best cellphone stores around and now for a 2nd time in 12 months, the owner(Patricia) went well beyond the call of duty for our companies needs. Highly recommend for both business and personal customers. Thank you Patricia once again.

Writing this review and giving 3 stars is kinda hard for me to swallow because all three staff members that I encountered(Pat, Allie, Julia) were pleasant but I feel like a ball was dropped, otherwise I’d have my new phone now. I came in the Monday before Thanksgiving, hoping they could repair my phone and retrieve all my photos and downloaded content. Apparently there is so little memory left on my phone, it is affecting the phone’s ability to operate normally. However, the very same thing happened a year ago and another store was able to fix it in 5 minutes. Pat wasn’t able to but said since my phone is already backed up, it should repopulate with a memory card or new phone. Granted, my phone is old and I was open to just buying another one. So I decided it was time for an upgrade and chose the Samsung Galaxy S5. Pat was patient, forthcoming and had a desire to help me. I ended up waiting, on her recommendation, for their Black Friday deal. So she reserved my new phone and said it and memory card would be ready for pickup on Friday morning. She wouldn’t be there personally, but Allie would be able to assist me. Friday morning comes so I call to confirm my items were ready and its a good thing I did because they weren’t, although they had 4 days to get it ready. Allie said she was expecting a shipment around 1 or 2pm and she would call me then. I got a call around 2 but I wouldn’t be able to pick it up for another few hours so I said, «I’ll try to come in a few hours.» ‘Ok,’ was her response. I later looked up the business hours for the day here on Unilocal and it said they’d be open til 8pm. So I show up at 5:02pm and see a piece of paper on the door saying they closed at 5pm for Black Friday, although there was never any mention of that in any of our earlier conversations. So the next morning on Saturday I call and speak to Julia, and I explain what happened. She said the rebate offer for Saturday was much less than Friday so she would have to call Pat, the manager, to see what could be done, although Pat was off til Monday. Julia said she would call me back in a couple hours with an answer. But I never received a call. Fast forward to Monday. I call and explain to Pat what happened over the weekend. She offers to call their rep, and call me back, to see if an exception could be made to get me the full rebate offer from Black Friday but she was not too optimistic. She also said she would just give me the full rebate if she could, but she couldn’t. I’m still waiting for that call back(both of them) but I’m not too optimistic they will come. Now, although they all seemed genuine, I feel like there were several instances of poor preparation and follow up which resulted in me not having a new phone still, so I had to give them 3 stars. Plus I’ll probably try another store first next time. I’m still open to giving them another try in the future and hopefully I can upgrade my star rating, but for now, not so much.

SUPERHELPFUL! VERYKIND! Went above and beyond to help us out when we had special request that other stores would not accommodate. Best experience at a cell phone store in years. Thank you again!!! You’d be wise to choose this location for all needs related to Verizon.

My father in law wanted to check out the Galaxy Note 3(which they didn’t have in stock) but Brandon showed us a lil tutorial on his personal one & told us where we could get one right now. I loved this store when andre and everyone else was there. Now that is under new management it has completely gone down hill! I spent over 5 hours at the store combined over 2 days just to get an upgrade! And they still couldn’t get my new phone up and running! All there phones seemed to malfunction after being hooked up! went to a different store and was in and out within 20 minutes with an even better phone that only cost me 50 more dollars! Will NEVER rerurn to this store and it used to be my favorite. .so disappointing

Had purchased my phones Monday at Costco because this store did not have them in stock. I am completely unfamiliar with how everything works and today the phone started doing crazy stuff– I had no idea how to turn off GPS. I went into this store today and a very pretty lady(didn’t get her name) patiently walked me through how things worked and even set things up so I could actually see what was running. I highly recommend taking your business here. Everyone I have talked to here is very nice!

This is by far the best service I have ever received at a Verizon store. I had a horrible experience at the Verizon store on Bouquet. They were rude and offered me basically no help. These guys are so nice and very helpful. I will NEVER go to anywhere else. I highly recommend you do not waste your time anywhere else. You will get the BEST customer service possible here!
