Terrible! They were slow to count my change. It took too long to get my food. I just left. Waste of time!

Really bad macdonalds-don’t go here. Waited in line 20 minutes while they tried to figure out a hooka’s order in a silver Mercedes (7″ blue green hooka fingernails had trouble digging in slop bags). Bad combo when staff is unable to speak hooka and the hooka is unable to converse in Mexican. I just pulled out of line and left-​even though I paid for my slop. Just don’t go here bad for your sole.

I JUST CAME HERE TO BUY A CHEESE BURGER AND FRIES, I JUST got home and realized there was something wrong with my burger… THERE WAS NO MEAT. I called to speak with the manager, the «manager» answered the phone casually without stating his name and location, I asked to speak with the manager he answered «yeah» (unprofessional how do I know you are the manager?) I flipped out. (Yes I shouldn’t have flipped out but how could you not?!) he yelled at me WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGIZING OR ANSWERING MY QUESTION he yelled at me and said over the phone «DONT TALK TO ME THAT WAY» then hung up on me. I know it’s not located in the safest an greatest place but just because people don’t make complaints or call doesn’t mean you’re gonna make me a damn fool. If you want happy customers and good reviews CHANGE YOUR MANAGEMENT AND ATTITUDE. I made a HUGE COMPLAINT. They need to close this disgusting place down.
DO NOT GO HERE. TRUST ME.
And if you’re wondering what this «MANAGERS» name is, he said it was Martin. Which for some reason I highly doubt he was the manager and IF HE WAS, they seriously need to get another one that knows how to clean up the place and run it.

Zero stars. I had to choose one. Never fails to amaze me that you can come here and they will get your order wrong… always. Asked for the receipt since they got the order wrong, they reply they already crumbled it up… Even though we were still at the window. We also discovered that the happy meals no longer come with a toy. What a disappointment. Terrible customer service. Oh yeah, forgot to mention. Another occasion, I ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup. Of course they got the order wrong. You know what they did? Took the buns, wiped it off with a napkin, gave it back to me. Thanks, for nothing.

I wish I could give this zero stars! This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I’ve never once been here and it WASN’T an issue.

I know times are tough but to ask for ID for a $ 7.00 order is pretty bad… Must be a rough neighborhood…

The naval décor inside is nice, so if you navigate through the local scenery hovering between the 7 – 11 and the parking lot and make it inside unscathed, you’re good. Outside of the interior decoration it’s pretty standard when it comes to food and service.

I’ve come here twice and both times my order was wrong.
the customer service was great the food was okay but I’d rather go to the other one.
