Don’t stop here for breakfast in the morning they advertise 24 hour drive thru and it’s barely ever open on time

Never thought I would be rating a McDonald’s, but then when I think about it, these are EXACTLY the places I need to be reviewing. I stop here for a coffee or a breakfast when I didn’t get to make something on my work and I’m on my way to a meeting in Napa. This is the McDonald’s I’ve been to before and I’ve been meaning to write about it since then. Also, if both my phones weren’t dead I would take pictures.
First visit:
Older Latina lady with short hair helped me. What service! Professional, courteous, smiling, über helpful with any question I had. Got my order right with the biscuit, egg, and cheese no bacon. She seemed like the manager.
It doesn’t seem like a lot, but I watched her give fantastic service to every patron. Also, they had a busy drive thru and it just seemed she had everything under control. No employee looked angry so she didn’t seem like a jerk boss. She was fantastic. I was able to use their wifi which was excellent and get some work done. The latte I had was delicious and I was so happy I didn’t walk across the parking lot to Starbucks. Lastly, THE BATHROOMS were impeccable. Honestly, for a Mc Donald’s I have never seen bathrooms more clean or even in most restaurants in Palm Springs, SF and LA! I think I remember the place being decorated for a holiday. Not sure which, but it was fun and festive looking. Like they had gone all out.
Second time I’ve been here today:
I came back because I thought maybe it was just luck. No.
The place is very clean. The diverse (White, Latina, Black) staff of women are all happy and hard working and professional. They all smiled when families (perhaps on the way to Six Flags?) were here to order big. A young Black woman smiled when I ordered my usual #4 sans bacon. They got my order right. They got my order done fast. Latte delicious again. They (young Black woman) was helpful with the wifi when I asked. The whole restaurant looks clean. Clean enough for me to place my laptop on basically any table and put my bag on the floor or any chair. As I type, there is one using the cleaning storage space and it is clean! I’m just saying because you can never know what is behind the doors or counters, but no it is clean. I’m honestly just very impressed by this place. Lastly, there is a cool community wall that I don’t remember seeing anywhere else. Even if it is just good PR, it looks legit. The people who are some of the customers look like hard working people, old retired folks, and others well, just look homeless. In any case, this Mc Donalds is doing a fantastic job. So much so that I just wrote about it lol.

Customer service lacks hard core at this Micky D’s.
True it has a drive thru which had a line stretched all the way into the gas station which also resides within this same center.
It was ridiculously apparent that the attention and energy is directed towards the drive-​thru customers and not shared with those customers ordering inside.
The female manager on shift was truly the rudest of the employees on shift on this day and stood there looking at the line of customers standing in line either ordering, waiting to order or waiting for their order numbers to be called out and allowed just the 1 open register never opening a second.
She wasn’t wearing a name tag as I intentionally looked but suffice to say it would be in the best interest of the employees for which she manages as well as us paying consumers if headquarters sent her back to management training 101.
Food was fresh and received quickly considering the long lines and the bathroom was clean and stocked.
Too bad for if it wasn’t for the lacking customer service in this joint this would be a damn good and clean McDonalds located right off the I-​80 West freeway in Vallejo.

Did a quick drive thru for an order of just fries. At the pick up window the female worker seemed a little stressed and told her it will be ok. Basically to brighten up her day. All was good until I asked for extra napkins. She gave me my napkins but it had a wet footprint of shoe on it. I will never go back. One and done.

This is good stopping point on the way out of the Bay Area. Generally, the drive-​through is quick. Although sometimes you may find a line. The food is what you typically expect from an average McDonald’s. I’ve been inside a few times, mainly to use the restroom. That has usually been in okay condition. During today’s visit, they messed up. I ordered a fruit parfait. When I got to the pick up window they told me they were out of them and they offered me a sundae.

They always mess up my orders. All the time. It might be something small like giving me sausage mc griddle with cheese and without the egg when I said no cheese plus egg. Or sometimes more obvious screw ups like a missing meal altogether whether that’s a sandwich or fries or something. I don’t come here often and when I do I’m usually in a rush to get back to Berkeley and I’ve made the mistake of not checking my meal a couple of times. And even when I check its messed up. Moral of the story, check your meal because whoever is taking your order either misheard you, put it on the receipt wrong even after it was correct on the screen, or forgets to put the right things in the right bag.

I ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese biscuit but instead they gave me a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I realized once I got home and I tried calling but could not get through on the line. It kept ringing and ringing then giving a busy signal. I called about 10 times with the same result. My house is 20 minutes away, I don’t feel that I should have to drive another twenty minutes because they won’t answer their phone. I mean what’s the point of having a phone if customers can’t get ahold of management when needed. The worst part is that my receipt shows the correct order but my food isn’t correct. How hard is it to put the right sandwich in a bag and hand it to the customer with a smile? Not hard at all coming from an ex waitress. If zero stars were an option, smh they’d for sure get ZERO!

They didn’t fill my french fries :(but they were nice and hot. Staff was friendly. The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was not so good.

Food is pretty standard for a fast food joint. But from the time I pull up to the line to the time I get my food it’s pretty terrible. The line takes forever and the customer service is subpar to say the least. The only reason I go here at this point is because it is on my way home and open late.

Their ice crème machine is broke down AGAIN. Nothing like having to be trapped in drive thur for nothing

Poor customer service!!!
Missing drinks, missing mighty meal, missing mcflurry and missing sauces… and they called out our number to say they’re ready!!!
Then when we went back to the counter, the shift-​manager or the lady in the polo sleeves totally ignore me, although I tried to get her attention several times. I was right in front of her! I wasn’t rude or anything, all I said multiple times was «excuse me». The lady at the drive thru noticed and was the one to help instead.
Plus, I asked for The 2 cheeseburger meal… but only got rang for just 2 CHBs!
Bad service!!! Either they need more help/​crew members or they just don’t care at all!!!
There are better McDo nearby, don’t go to this place!

I would’ve get them a 5 stars review! But I told them no pickles! ! And one of the sandwiches had pickles. .:(other than that the food was worm and fresh!

Very poor customer service here… I’m not surprised considering it’s location. I come by on my way to work maybe once every couple months to get breakfast since it’s right off the freeway and the drive thru is open 24 hrs. I went this morning at 5:05 am and the guy on the speaker tells me «We’ll be open in 10 minutes.» What the hell? It’s a 24 HOUR DRIVE-​THRU! The signs for «24 hr» are lit up! The service just gets worse everytime I go… I don’t know why I even bother.

This restaurant open 24 hrs daily has excellent food (as fast food goes) no matter what time of the day or night I’ve visited. Coffee always taste fresh, French Fries are always golden brown, not burnt, oversalted or mixed in with old French Fries. I pass my nearest McDonald’s which is horrible, even with 3 – 4 managers on the floor to go here most times. I’ve found the staff to be professional, and that counts as much if not more than the quality of the food, that can be fixed, but poor professionalism can’t.

This McDonalds has absolutely horrendous customer service. The employees are rude and incompetent (huge emphasis here). It really pained me to even give this one star. Avoid at all costs!
Also, the store manager is lacking respect for any of the customers. She was probably worse than any of the other employees. Very rude and totally unprofessional. This place is THE WORST!

I’ve been coming to this place for years.
Frequenting concerts in SF and driving home drenched in sweat with a little growl in my stomach telling me I’ve been hitting the mosh pits too hard… Be silent, my little monster. I always see this McDonalds as a heavenly calling telling me to replenish my drained batteries. Lit up bright, their drive-​through window is always open late and the service is surprisingly peppy. I get ready to stuff my face with McChickens and chicken nuggets because all I want is a crunch! Everything is cooked to a crispy perfection, *cue Napoleon Dynamite voice* «yessssssssssss.»
My friends think I’m crazy when I tell them about my favorite McDonalds. Whatever. They’re just jealous they’re not the duchess. Bow down, my minions!

It’s a great location to stop and fill up on Diet Coke (and gas too next door).

Wow, this place almost made me cause a big scene.
Ok, I guess I did cause a scene… but it almost got a whole lot worse, when the young male manager simply turned and walked away from me… I assumed he was coming back, but no, he was just hiding.
The sign on the register said you’d get a certain number of Monopoly game pieces with your meal. When I politely pointed out that I didn’t get the promised number of game pieces, I was told «we didn’t get the right cups in yet.» So I politely asked for some game pieces from another product. «We’re not going to do that.» was the manager’s reply. I replied «Well you’d better take down these signs then, because that’s what you’re promising. I’ll be happy to take some game pieces from a fry box.» «We’re not going to do that» was the manager’s reply again.
«OK, then I want my money back» was my slightly louder reply.
That was when the manager just turned and walked away, leaving me standing at the counter with the clerk. We just looked at each other and waited for the manager to return.
Finally the counter clerk just said «why don’t I give you another cup that has the game pieces on it.» «Yes» I replied, «that’s what I asked for originally.» Problem solved.
Yes, I was almost that guy on the evening news, who gets arrested because he calls 911 because his McDonalds order was wrong… I can now understand how that can happen.
Fire the manager, and promote that clerk.

Kinda slow, but the order was prepared correctly. If your leaving san fran and gotta grab some grub its not a bad spot.

There wasn’t a moment spent int his McDonalds where every person behind the counter wasn’t bustling and busy cleaning or doing something constructive. Hard workers!
The food was fresh and quite good for a McDs. I had the Angus with cheese and asked for bacon. They forget the bacon but were generous with the side order when I pointed out the mistake.
I was thoroughly impressed with this McDonalds. Thanks for making my day a little brighter.
