I hate having to give this place even one star. Rude and not very smart employees. I go in to order three 6 inch sandwiches and a kid’s meal. I have the child WITH me for the kid’s meal. First, they won’t let her pick her bread, then the person didn’t listen to anything my seven year old said and I had to repeat everything she asked for on the sandwich. My kid knows what she likes on her sandwich, you can listen to her. Typically, if a parent wants to order for their kid, they will. I ordered a sandwich that is typically served warm, but i wanted it cold becuase I was saving it for work later, the girl gave me attitude about it, even after i explained I was planning to heat it later at work. Then, when we get to the check out, we discover they are out of apples for the kid’s meal. Ok, we decide on a cookie. My kid asks which bag choices they have. At this point, the lady says they are out of the bags. WHYONEARTHWOULDN’T YOUMENTIONTHISWHENTHEKIDORDERSTHEKID’S MEAL??? Kid’s meals come with toys, you should mention if you are totally out of the toy. We would have gone elsewhere. My daughter is distraught over the lack of the bag(the whole reason for the visit was so she could get a Star Wars bag and lightsaber.) She decides she doesn’t want the food now and I tell the girl I don’t want to pay for a meal without the bag and that she won’t eat. The girl has already rung me up for it and just gives me back the $ 3 she charged me for the sandwich alone in cash. I had a coupon for one of the 6″ sandwiches free, but she still charged me for it and tried to say she didn’t. I try to get the refund for the sandwich she charged me for and she tried to say she already refunded it by giving me back the $ 3 for the kid’s meal, which was NOT the correct amount for the 6″, nor what she owed me. She still owed me another $ 4. She could not figure this out, my daughter was very upset, and I was fed up. I asked for a manager and was told none was available. She offered to just refund the whole order, but I still needed the 6″ sandwiches and at this point still just wanted the refund for the sandwich she charged me for that she shouldn’t have. She went off to call the manager and completely disappeared, leaving her partner with NOHELP and a long line and me with a crying kid for 15 minutes. The manager finally showed up and said it wasn’t their fault my kid was upset(yes, it was, YOU are the ones who RANOUTOFTHEBAGSANDDIDN’T MENTIONITBEFOREWEWEREATTHEREGISTER!!!) I told her that yes it was, they should have mentioned the lack of bags at the start of the order. I told her to just refund my money, which, 45 minutes after entering the store, she finally did. I will never return to this location and will warn my friends, family and co-workers not to come here either.

Nice convenient location by the freeway, good parking, available use of restrooms. The service and food was good. I will return to this location.

I like most subways, but this one had the rudest employee of all. I had tried calling all morning 10 – 11:30 during open hours and no answer… I went there to order for my bosses and told her I had tried to call.,.she snapped she was alone and busy and doesnt answer the phone when busy. She was irritated because I didnt know specifically what kind of cheese for my bosses.etc., She doesnt have to be irritated ever again. I will never go back. Sorry for the owner.

Hate to be down on a place, but their communication has been poor. I have attempted to go a few times the first time they were in but not open yet. They gave me the hours so I went on Saturday and guess what? different hours on Saturday so I ended up working all day with no lunch. Also this store has had their sign chained to a highway sign in the middle of the street for months now. I could probably accept that for the grand opening but now they are just showing indifference to the law. Maybe a call to code enforcement will help.
