Friendly establishment. It is a Filipino market and they sell food. The dishes are cooked daily and fresh. They also take orders for special occasion for food trays. They give a lot of food for what you pay. We always order their dinaguan and pancit. Very good and flavorful.

It’s small, understocked, dimly lit, unorganized, and dirty. I’m not biased against this place, but I was looking for Chinese groceries and was sorely disappointed. I probably should have opted out when I saw the group of kids hanging at the front talking with a guy in a tank top… wait, that was the cashier… he was nice and attentive, but never having been here made me second guess this as a good idea. Didn’t find what I was looking for, but did walk away with some tasty homemade pastries… the only really saving part of the trip. My problem is that it’s called an «Oriental» store… well that and it was such a mishmash of things that it could have been called anything, maybe«Southeast Asian Market» would have been a bit more eloquent because there wasn’t anything from India, China and the only Japanese thing I found was Ramen and Ramune. I’ll try my luck again later, but I won’t be stopping by here frequently.

This place has it all, good filipino food, grocery, drinks and all for very inexpensive prices. The people are very friendly as well especially the managers and cooks. There service of cooking and cleaning the fish that you pick out is second to none. I would love to go back to this place again when Im around Vallejo.
