I prefer this store than any Subway franchise. Very clean and has good customer service.

I don’t know about all subways but this one is a rip off!!! I get a foot Long salami sandwich and they only put 6 slices on it seriously? I’m paying 7 dollars for 6 slices of meat 4 slices of cheese hella bread and veggies!!! A damn shame now for lunch I have to drive to safeway if I want a decent sandwich during my shift at work! Honestly I didn’t even want to give them 1 star but that’s as low as it will go

Disappointed on how Owner & Manager handled preorder my fiancé made on 1÷18÷16 for basketball team meal on 1÷19÷16. Walked in store on game day & No platter! OURORDERWASNEVERMADE!!! DONOTORDERANYPLATTERSFROMTHISSUBWAY… They have a Poor system & because of that the owners resolution is to fire a teenager who’s only 17 years old… it’s no fault of hers the Owner can’t get a system down to prevent errors…& the manager says«This has never happened» I’m sorry but if you’re system consist of taking an order on paper, no name, no number & simply hanging it on a wall is Failure for this Century!!! Again… I ask that no one patronize this place! Eat a sandwich somewhere else.

Sunday for lunch. Only had white bread and flatbread. Service was almost 20 min to make one footlong, one six inch, and two kids sandwiches. Customers started to leave. Never had slower service at a subway. Pick a different subway.

Let’s start with me saying I get policy and understand rules. But where did customer service disappear? I am not a crazy customer just someone that is beyond frustrated with my experience. Subway… Rip this franchise owner it’s insane their policy on restroom. I eat at subway 3 – 5 times a week… Never have issues. Today I enter this subway and there is a line of 6 – 7 people deep. Also I had to pee. Yes like every other human being I had to urinate. I wait and wait and finally make eye contact w the«manager Luis» I politely say may I use your restroom before I order? I get«No! Restrooms are for customers only» uh I have been in line for 10 minutes… He then states«you just gonna have to deal w it we don’t have code either we have to buy something to get it…» So at first I’m upset w Luis for his poor attitude and Basic middle finger to me. But then I think my god what gestapo owns this place that has these rules. I get they don’t want transient types in… But the 3 people in line that pad to pee? Really? You want use to leave our food laying here alone while we do our business or should I take my sub with me… Yummy. This insane practice needs to stop. I have contacted their corporate office demanding they review this location.

Apparently having a functioning brain is not a part of working at this location. I order the $ 6 special as listed on the huge door add. The bill is rung up at well over $ 8.46 I question the brain trust at the register and I am told that the difference is sales tax. Really… so I question this and I am told that actually the difference is because I had them«toast» the sub and therefore the sales tax is so much more expensive… I ask for the receipt… yep same sales tax rate that I get charged at any business in Vallejo. Note to self… by apparently toasting the sub, the special no longer applies. Truly pathetic. Note to HR… at least hire the ones that have an 8th grade education.

Decent Subway store here only because it’s less crowded and chilled. Service is good and workers here are generous with the amount of veggies they put in the sandwiches. Store is small but it’s kept clean/sanitized. Good place, recommended.

They had this promo going. It was 5 bills each for a pair of foot long subs. Sounds like a deal at first, but then you realize there are restrictions. The sub specialist was explaining to another customer that the deal only applies from here to here as he pointed above at their menu. To me this is ridiculous and misleading. I’m not the type to sacrifice what I want for something that isn’t substantial in savings. I ditched the deal and ordered without restrictions. I must say the subs were equally the same as their other franchise locations. You will get no surprises other than their fine print deals.

As far as Subway goes, this location is great. Fresh bread daily, sometimes even a second fresh batch on busy nights. Polite and friendly staff. Quick and accurate service. Open early for breakfast(which is actually quite good). My only complaint about this subway is its sometimes very rude customer base… but its usually not a problem.(and its usually only a problem for the poor employees).

Your average Subway. What else is there to say. I went there on the way up to a camping trip. My son wanted apples but they didn’t have any. So the guy gave us an extra juice box. I like a place where the employees can offer solutions without asking 3 levels of management.

This was my first visit to this Subway. It“s funny how I never even noticed that this Subway existed. I’ve always went to the one on Marine World Parkway or in American Canyon. The sandwiches are pretty much mainstream, no matter which Subway you go to. They are all a great bang for your buck! And most of them are pretty tasty! I love that every sandwich is made fresh and I’ve never experienced anything except fresh veggies, meats & breads at any Subway I have ever patronized. With that in mind, I can say that there are huge differences in each and every Subway I have walked into and those differences are what sets the various Subway locations apart. First of all, this location is quite small, and does not seem to get much foot traffic, but then why are the floors so grossly sticky? Why are the tables not cleaned and cleared? Why is the soda fountain area all wet, and why is the freshly brewed tea empty? It doesn’t make sense! I went in at 6pm on a Sunday night and was one of two customers there! No one even smiled, grinned, or said hello when I walked in. This place needs a fresh, new makeover, possibly new management to bring this Subway up to par! It could be one of the better Subways because of its location, but not if some changes are not made!

Average subway. Ok food! The staff here sucks! They stare at you when you walk in and don’t even say hello. I work nearby so I’m here at least once a week. I honestly need to find another subway.

Puff, puff, PASS on this Subway location. Apparently folks, Jareds’ been bumped to the backseat for gold medals and higher times. We walk in and up on the menu is a huge ad with Michael Phelps endorsing his fave sammich… Meatball Marinara with Jalapenos & Banana Peppers. That’s a stonerish combination, if you ask me. To celebrate their new sponsor, the employees here appeared to be up. in. smoke. Dude, where’s your mop?! The floor in the entire place was dirty from a big spill, to the point where everyone’s shoes were sticking to the floor – totally gross! Ceech finally came out with a nearly empty bottle of windex and started spraying the floor. This caused an uproar of laughter among the handful of patrons. Luckily, Chong came to the rescue with a dirty mop and bucket… phew. If that wasn’t bad enough, the ice machine was broke down too. Therefore, a huge puddle of water covered the drink counter. Plus, under one table, there were about 20 random olives just kicking it… the half baked duo chose to just mop around those. Perhaps had they would have paid more attention had it been mushrooms… Afterwards, they returned to a visible side room joining the equally slow-motion manager(or maybe owner) behind the counter. There, they snacked it up and resumed to parlay. In closing, happy 400 review to me! Not quite 420 Subway, but no worries, I’ll be back to visit next time Snoops in town with the cannabis card.
