horrible personnel and horrible person. people are extra rude to you. and if you call on teh phone, they interrogate you with questions«who is calling» and«why are you calling»? they have never even heard of customer care? when you place an order, beware you gonna wait for 20 – 30 mins-that’s why lines are so long there especially during lunch! lady who is the owner/manager is extra mean and rude, make sure to avoid her! she will yell at you for doing substitutions. the bathrooms were not clean either, toilet paper was all over the place, trash bin hasn’t been cleaned and soap was all over the sink. when i told the lady who is the manager/owner, she said«why didn’t you clean it up». really!!! unheard of!!! customer cleaning up bathrooms. stay away from this place!

stopped by Oct. 2013, waited in the drive through 15 minutes for our order. We ordered 2 sandwiches and an order of fries, not specialty by the way. The food was finally brought out with a «here’s your order» and was practically thrown at my husband. No apologies or explanations offered. We will never go back.

It’s a Burger King, it was clean and staff was friendly. I have no complaints and I would go again.
