The jacka*** at the counter served me a half a cup of burnt fries. Edgar was his name and he claimed to be the manager. When I asked him to replace the burnt ends of a half cup of fries, he demanded payment for a full order. I have been loyal to this place as long as I can remember, I was very disturbed at the simple request. I will never patronize this establishment again. Edgar should be fired. He has no management skills. I want to be clear now, we are talking about ten French fries. Can you imagine? I am waiting to hear from the owner of this establishment. This guy has got to go. You do not want him as the face of your business. I am embarrassed for him.
