Used to be an awesome location. Lately have had very poor service. At the top of the list for poor service would be Brenda the tech in the pharmacy. She’s very rude and very unfriendly. She went as far as to tell my doctors office that she was too busy to help. I spoke to Samantha an assistant manager and she was very apologetic and ask if the manager could call me. Great customer service Samantha! I agreed and Joe the pharmacy manager called me to tell me how wrong I was about Brenda. So much for the customer is always right. I was hoping for a call from the store manager but as of yet that hasn’t happened. Thanks for all the wonderful service in the past 20 years but in the future my family and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

I like how fast the pharmacy gets things done. I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for a few years and never had any issues.

Very hit or miss, but better as of late. In the past had problems where narcotic meds were missing when I picked them up. I pointed that out to management and some people were let go. They care a lot about your questions about meds.
Sometimes you need to wait a long time for your meds when the people are having social hour versus doing actual work.
Also the location is great and easy to get in or out of, if there was a Publix pharmacy around I would probably use that for the $ 4 generic drugs, but this place is doable since this is close by my house.
