I’ve been eating here since they first opened, about 15 years ago? Back then, I heard stories that some of the local townspeople loved the smell of the fresh bread so much, that they would go into the restaurant and ask to buy a loaf of bread. Not a sandwich, but just bread. Don’t know if they still do that. I haven’t been inside the restaurant in awhile, but from what I can remember the tables were always kept clean, and every booth has controls for the main TV and a telephone. Kinda out of date, don’t know if they still work? I used the drive-thru tonight, and it took about 10 – 15 minutes. My sandwich was made correctly, and the lady who took my order was extra nice. The bread was soft, the vegetables fresh, as well as the salad dressing. They only gave me one napkin(really!). I don’t go here often since I moved from Van Alstyne, but when I’m in town, I like to stop by.
