Very dishonest and no communication. Ordered a pod to be delivered and was given a very late window, which I requested a change for, and was told they would «do what they could do». I hired someone for loading of the pod, and waited during the 4 hour window, which came and went with no show. A half hour after that, I left the site, I received a call from their outsourced delivery person, who said they were «just now leaving the warehouse with the pod». I cancelled since no one was on site and could not accept the pod. During this time, I received no call regarding when delivery would be, no updates, nothing. I tried calling their number several times but it was «after hours» and no one answered. Upon calling the next day to express my dissatisfaction, I was told I would be charged their mandatory deposit fee anyway!!! Extremely poor communication and customer service, so beware of this company and go elsewhere. Hopefully, there are better options and companies that actually DO care about customer service. It certainly is not this one!

Used it for three cross-​country moves. First two times went ok and it took about 10 days between the two coasts of the USA. The third time, they underestimated the transit time quite a bit. I was quoted 5 – 13 days, but it took 20 days… which was a major problem with my time frame. Drivers were on time and professional. The containers don’t *seem* as durable as the metal ones, but I don’t see them falling apart unless you load them with tons of lead weights. They are about the same size as Uhaul Ubox containers, and a bit smaller than the ABF Upack smallest containers.

Containers are flimsy, they didn’t have the locks I ordered when they arrived, and when I had the pods redelivered our items looked like they had been tossed around – boxes were upside down, split open – it was a mess. Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, the day we were to hand the house over to new owners, we were told to have the pods empty by 7am, so we worked like dogs late into the night to empty then only to not have the company show up. I called and got a snotty customer service person; when I told her I had been told 8 – 11 pickup and it was almost 2 and they had to pick up by 3, she put me on hold so I could talk to the manager, then came back on and said they’d be there within the hour (by 3, when I’m supposed to turn the house over) and that I couldn’t talk to the manager because s/​he was in a meeting. (Apparently she could talk to him/​her but not me.)
UPDATE: if you deal with this company, ask for Debbie. She’s a gem. She called me back and apologized for all we’d been through and refunded some of our money. Restores my faith in the company’s customer service. Thank you, Debbie.

THis company is extremely rude and unhelpful. Aside from the expense which I was unhappy about but would have been ok with if they supplied good service they were the worst company I have dealt with.
Their customer service people are antagonistic. Their delivery hours are bankers hours which makes receiving your things very difficult. The have a four hour window to deliver the containers but you are only given 30 minutes per container to unload them.
I suggest strongly you look elsewhere.

They will charge you in addition to their quoted amount. I highly suggest you use PODS or another storage/​moving facility.
