I wanted to come back and eat here then I went on Unilocal read the reviews and remembered about the one time I did come here and order a combo just to get back to work and realize that I was not given any sides just chicken and bad chicken it seemed almost stale… I want some good KFC not this disgrace.

I was blown away by the special care and personal attention I received here! I ordered the 12PC meal. The young man who took my order was very patient as I asked for crispy/original recipe combo, I asked for thighs, breasts, one type of this one type of that, yet he remained professional. He then checked the inventory and told me that I would have to wait 15 minutes for the breasts. I decided that I would wait while watching Two and a Half Men on their TV(very professional on the closed caption) I asked for a cup of water and the manager offered me a soft drink, I actually got a nice cold club soda, with a profuse apology as to my «long» wait. When my order was completed, the manager again apologized for my wait. As I waited I thought to myself, that this place is doing so well that they run out of stuff, GOODFORTHEM! People just have to learn how to breathe! When I got home EVERYTHING was juicy, hot, and real comfort food made more so by GREAT customer service! Give them a chance, this is not the Ritz! Let’s try for at least 4 stars, they deserve your try!

One star is generous… I never go to kfc and after today I remembered why. I was in a hurry before school and decided to try the new Nashville chicken, I asked for a 3 piece meal(5.99 $) and the cashier told me in a very rude way that she had to charge me 80¢ extra per piece for the Nashville chicken so I said«fine», I was running short on time. She comes back and says 12.51 $! How do you figure 5.99 $+80+80+80=12.51? She said the computer said so and that she has no control over that, I asked her to check again so after rolling her eyes she got the manager and came back with the right amount. I asked if I could sub a side and she said no not with the Nashville chicken, How does that even make sense? It’s no wonder all kfc restaurants have poor reviews on Unilocal,they don’t hire people that are customer service oriented or even care about their job enough to learn the prices or policies, also they do not invest in customer service training. Rather than trying to develop new recipes for over priced greasy chicken they should overhaul customer service through out the company starting with this store and that might get more people to come into these places.

I have never posted a review on Unilocal.That’s how pissed I am. Don’t bother going to this particular store unless you like getting an absolute grab bag. It doesn’t matter what you order, your getting a bag full of whatever they feel like putting in it. I mean the first few times I thought it was that they didn’t understand English, that still might be true. But this time the guy who took my order spoke English very nicely so I think it all comes down to listening skills or straight up incompetence. I want to watch this store throw in the towel it just isn’t getting anything right. Go to a different restaurant or if you need KFC don’t go to this location.

On Sunday, I ordered an 8 piece, and received a 7 piece. I called the manager, Hedara, and he said to come in for a 2 piece meal for my inconvenience. I showed up the following day for the two piece and he acted as if I was lying and tried to say he was not that person. Finally, the young woman threw two dark pieces in the box, no biscuit, no sides no meal and toss the box to me. What happen to service? Well it does not exist at KFC on Burbank, and the need staff needs training, since the can’t seem to count. Don’t go there, they suck and they are lairs.

Worst drive trough i have ever been at. I asked for combo number 1 which they didn’t have, they number 2 which they didn’t have. I then ordered popcorn chicken and got my receipt at 8.56pm. I was told it was going to be 4min and i was asked to park. At 9.10 no one had come out so i had to go inside the restaurent and at 9.13pm i got my order. Simply unacceptable!

I’m a huge KFC fan and I get those cravings more often than I should. Normally, I wouldn’t write a review on a fast food chain. I’ve just experience way too many bad KFC locations as of late. Rather than write bad reviews for those locations, I’m gonna compliment the ones that are doing it right. This specific KFC location is my favorite one among the rest. They have great customer service. The food is really consistent and they are not cheap on the portions. I get tons of meaty goodness whenever I order from here. Thanks so much guys. I just wanted to show my appreciation to the right way of doing business.

Came here yesterday on 4th of July and the staff was very helpful. The drive thru was very very busy but they still took their time to help me order what I needed. Service was super fast and friendly. When I got home my order was perfect no mistakes and honestly it was the best chicken I have ever had from kfc. I wanted to definitely shout them out on Unilocal.Thank you for the excellent service!!!

Don’t Go Here. They don’t clean the place and ordered here a few days ago and got SICK right after eating the food. Not recommended. Stay away. They need to shut down and have Gordon Ramsay tear them apart. They should know better than that. You can get people sick by not cleaning your establishment and cleaning your oil. I used to like KFC, but won’t go back until GR tears it up. They have a drive thru, but it’s backwards. It’s on the passenger side. So, IF you go here ever, you will need to make sure you have a passenger so they can grab the food and pay for it. Stupid. They have a small parking area, easy in, just make sure you go out the same way you came in if you park. Wish I could give this«0» stars… They don’t deserve the 1 I gave them.

For a fast food place especially now that they have fresh chicken and they come along with good gravy of course. They also have a new item such as chicken littles which are a-ok nothing especial but not bad either. Their grilled chicken that my dad always order because of his health purposes thing not to eat the fried chicken is really good too and it happens to be tasty and not frozen. The place is very clean compare in the past that the chair and table are always messy but they clean up the place and until now their being consistent for cleanliness. The staff are very nice and so patiently deal with my father in-law typically elderly attitude problems. If you can’t decide what you want to order and they will help you not unless it will took you so long to make decisions you can move away and think what do you want to order. All in all is good fast food chain now. Before we made decision not to comeback here but this year they change and we are very pleased for the the changes that they made. The chicken is not oily compare with the past that they have B rating and right now the place is clean with A rating and good fast food chicken now with the side of your choice of corn, mashed potato and their fresh cole slaw. It’s not bad to give it a try again.

Wow — most ghetto place ever! So many things are wrong here. Where do I begin? 1. The drive-thru — really?! It’s on the wrong side of car! 2. The employees are so stupid and ghetto. They were cursing and fighting with each other in front of me at the window! 3. Had another employee, who was off, come up to the drive-thru window and start saying, «hey, can you get me my f*cking schedule?! C’mon you f*ckers.» 4. The food was horrible. Glad I didn’t order much! NEVERAGAINWILL I COMEBACKHERE!

So, yeah, I’m writing a review on KFC. Here’s the deal: My boyfriend LOVES mashed potatoes and gravy and we both LOVE mac and cheese. For some reason, even with my picky taste buds, we LOVEKFC’s mac and cheese(and he, the MP&G) So, on our lazy day of watching TV all day, thus resulting in KFC commercials all day, we decided to indulge and get a family size helping of each, and four drumsticks so we didn’t feel as ridiculous. First off, the price was outrageous. We got the sides and 4 very measly drumsticks for $ 17. I don’t know if you’ve seen the family size portions, but they aren’t THAT large. Plus, they don’t include biscuits anymore! They also apparently don’t include silverware or napkins. That was fun! Oh, and the passenger window side drive through? WTF? What if my boy had been alone? How does that work? Do I need to learn how to fold my bills into paper airplanes? We’re still in cheese and gravy comas, so we wont need to be back for awhile, but, I think it’s time we find another place to fulfill our cheesy ways. I’m only giving them 2 stars because the mac and cheese was just how I remembered it. Fake aaaand DELICIOUS. Mmmmmm… The chicken was awful. Note: Oh Golden Corral(mac & cheese), how I miss you so. LA — get some Golden Corral in my life!

So i went to this place to get some dinner. First off, the guy at the counter said I’ll be right with you. I ended up waiting 5 minutes until he finally took my order. I ordered a meal and asked for a side of potato wedges. After I pay and everything, he tells me that the wedges are gonna take 5 minutes to make. I said, «Sure.» I love how he told me after I paid. So I ended up waiting for 10 minutes and then finally got my food. It’s called have more people on shift & have sides already prepared. Should never have to wait 15 minutes for a small order.

Where do I begin. First of all this KFC follows the stupid tradition of having the drive up window on the passenger side, now if I’m alone in the car how am I going to pay and get my food without unbuckling my seatbelt and leaning across my entire car? Second, buy a new speaker system. The speaker system is so old and it’s been painted over so many times you can’t even hear what the person is saying. Third, PLEASE hire people that speak English. We ordered the 2 piece meal and a 3 piece meal and ended up with a 2 piece meal with the wrong sides and a 2 piece crispy meal with the right sides(but cold). WTF. I grew up on KFC, good KFC where the service was great and the food was always KFC food(hot, greasy, and really bad for you, BUT delicious). This location got down the greasy and bad for you but it’s NOT good or hot! Uggh.

After father was done doing dad-ly things like fixing our screen door and our leaky faucet, he sat down to watch Nascar(how very father-like). A commercial came on for KFC and father mentions how he would like a wing meal. Yes, daddy, I would be happy to get that for you!(I am a good daughter) So I left dad to the vroom vrooms and headed to my nearest KFC. As I pulled up to the take-out menu board I noticed there were wings and there were meals, but none the two were together… hmmm…perhaps he meant a wing combo? But it says you only get one side and he wanted two! And what about the biscuit? What happened to the days where you could get a meal for five dollars with some chicken, two sides and a biscuit? So I did the best I could and ordered a «combo» plus a side… coming to a grand total of $ 7.50(for 5 wings). $ 1.50 for an extra side of cole slaw and no biscuit. As I rolled up to the window I felt amiss — what was this monstrosity? The window is on the other side? … ??? OK, so I am paying too much money for what you are giving me AND I have to lean over the passenger seat to give you my card and get my meal? Who was smoking the crack when they built this store? I took it home to father who munched away but did mention I had gotten the wrong wings… oops, maybe I’m not such a great daughter. Still, he did eat every last little bit of it. So although he seemed fairly pleased I still have reservations and won’t likely be stopping by this back-a**wards KFC at any point.
