I hired these people to fix my refrigerator light. A few days after they fixed it, it went out again and I called them and immediately they were defensive and blaming me that they didn’t fix the job properly the first time. I don’t blame them for not fixing the problem properly the first time. However, I do blame them for not standing by their work and being so aggressive and angry when I called them to get the item properly repaired.
To their credit, they offered to refund part of the fee (minus the part they installed). But sadly, they also wasted my time and insulted me. And incidentally, the fridge is still not working and I am going to have to pay to have it fixed by someone more professional.
I will not hire them again, and would recommend against anyone else hiring them.
