Been there at least five times. Always order the same burger. They’ve gotten my order right ONCE. Just order the fish and chips, not much chance they can screw that up and they’re pretty good.

So I had stumbled across this place awhile back and recently decided to finally give it a go… ooh I wish I would of kept on going! 2 perfect burgers and 1 mechanical bull burger(since they were«out» of waiver forms to sign for the so called famous«shut yo mouth» burger.. Well shucks it NOT being an available item yes kept my mouth shut!?) to go. Uuuh I think we waited all of 5 minutes for our order? My first thoughts were they must par cook the patties for the order to come up THAT quick… but as the lady handed me the little plastic bag I got a feel for nothing but the styrofoam containers and walked out wondering… did they forget the beef? Nah it was there. the tiniest thinnest little gray flavorless patties(like those on a bigmac) surrounded by pretty fluffy bun! I had wanted to really enjoy the mechanical bull burger but the star attraction there was the crispy onion straws… really!?? I ended up passing it off to my teen and being a teen pshh. they eat anything rght. We all concurred that if we were ever hankering a big beefy burger that we’d opt for $ 6 dollar one! Definitely NOT the experience we hoped for. still trying to figure out where the heck all those photos on here came from. Guess I’d better start reading the dates?! lol To each his’ own… Keep Unilocaling!

First I should say I was pretty upset with this place a few years back. They had Fried mac n cheese bites and I was completely obsessed. Then they got rid of them and still havn’t brought them back. So, that makes me pretty sad. After years of being upset with them, I decided I should try them again and just get over myself. I am pretty glad I did. I got the double cheese. It was fantastic. The buns are delicious, the beef tastes like actual beef and the cheese is tillamook! So good! It’s a bit pricey but pretty average prices for a burger joint that’s NOT fast food. I love the fries too. They are perfect. And a huge portion too! I love that this place is literally 2 minutes from my apartment. So that makes it really nice. The one thing I don’t like, is on weekends they close SUPER early. I think around 7pm. Which, if I work weekends it makes it a little difficult to come get food when they close so early. I am really happy that I gave this place another chance. I now have a menu on my fridge so that whenever I get a craving,(which If you’ve ever been here it will happen) I can just call and pick it up!

Stay away from this place, 46 minutes for god awful food, I had the«flatline» burger with fries, my wife had the«perfect» burger with cheese and we split a large chowder, we received the chowder after 15 minutes it was watered down salty mush, 20 minutes later our burgers arrived. They forgot the cheese on the wife’s burger so the lady gave me some cookies to make up for it? Umm Ok The fries were cold an greasy but nothing compares to the grease dripping from my burger, bun was so stale It could have been used as a hockey puck, this place sucks I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my money here, if you want shitty service and even worse food this is the spot

My burger: Thin, grey, over cooked patties. Bacon was rubbery. Bread was probably supposed to be toasted but was just stale. Lettuce was brown. I’ve had better burgers at fast food restaurants. Looks like grass fed beef and locally sourced produce doesn’t make a bad burger good. Save your money and hit a drive thru.

The Shut Yo Mouth burger is the hottest burger I’ve ever had, no over exaggeration. They also have a burger even hotter. The tots are delicious, but the soda sizes are lacking. They only give you a small cup.

Me and my boyfriend went here today, I got the mushroom burger and he got the south western, and both were great! Got a side of onion rings, and they do NOT skimp you! And they were awesome! Definitely would recommend, you won’t be disappointed

Upon walking through the door, the vast selection of garden fresh burgers was daunting. After much consideration I went with the shut to’ mouth burger and some fried pickles. The presentation and appearance of the food is 9⁄10. On to the taste, it was amazing. Defiantly fresh products are being used in the making of this food. I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for something different when it comes to burgers They have everything from taco burgers to Philip cheese steaks.

This is seriously one of my favorite burger places! I LOVE that they have fresh natural ingredients. And their chowder is pretty yummy as well! So delicious! And the owner is amazing… Very kind and cares about his customers.

I got the cheese stuffed burger but it was not stuffed at all. The burger was extremely thin and maybe all the cheese had cooked out of it by the time it got to me. The bun was light and fluffy with a bit of a crunch from being grilled. The fries are the bomb and the house sauce is also great. Got two burgers one with fries, a soda and an order of fried gizzards and it was almost $ 27.00.

The Clam Chowder soup is great, as long as the Manager is checking on the amount served. Had a large bread bowl, but it wasn’t filled«overflowing” — manager added more after our comment about it(i.e.- great Service). Manager checks with lunch customers on how their food is– shows he cares about customer satisfaction. Prices are a little high, but for good quality food, it’s expected.

Sometimes you need to write a lengthy review to let everyone know. Not the case here. My family and I have eaten here countless times. It’s always been good. Really good. You guys could stand to turn the heat up a bit but other than that, super solid. Clean plate club every time.

Favorite place in town for Seafood. But since new ownership things have been slipping. Last 4 times there they have totally messed up my order. Today after specifically told them about my last three experiences they still forgot the ketchup on our to go order. I specifically said please don’t forget tartar and ketchup and she agreed. This place is very pricey. Shouldn’t be any mistakes on simple things like sauces that assist in making it the meal its suppose to be. I am very sad to see one of my favorites change ownership and then start heading down the road of doing things half ass. Halibut fish and chips, chowder, shrimp hard to beat though. The lady in the kitchen needs a bit of an attitude adjustment. I’m guessing she may be the owner? And go ahead and start handing out water for goodness sake, and what restaurant doesn’t have free refills on soda? Come on already once I spend $ 20.00 on shrimp plate chowder and a drink refills should be free. 3 stars for food quality only. No stars on services or pricing.

Name of business is meh… but! Really tasty fish tacos. I get them whenever nearby. One size soda cups… just ok. Fried pickles good and cheese bread bites. Again, really tasty halibut tacos. I’ll be back.

I have to 3 stars. Had the mechanical bull combo. Burger above average flavor BBQ sauce was good. Fries were just OK battered fries not my favorite. If the fries sauce was supposed to be something special a ketchup /mayo sauce was all that it was. Fries were plentiful. Also ordered onion rings. A big fat 0. As you can see in the picture a very small portion. Aren’t onions as inexpensive as potatoes. Onion rings not cooked long enough. They were really greasy. Mechanical bull combo and an extra order of onion rings $ 18.

The food was very good. Great burgers and a great menu. The service was outstanding! We were just visiting our daughter, who has just moved to Vancouver, and we thought we would give Burger Bungalow a try. We will be back! We didn’t order the Onion Rings but after we saw them at another table… we will next time! I highly recommend Burger Bungalow as your go to place!

I used to come here all the time when I worked down the street. The food was always amazing. They had such a diverse menu that I actually ate here every day for a week without eating the same thing. Sadly this place changed ownership shortly after I started working elsewhere. I still try to eat here whenever I’m in the area but I’ve noticed a steady decline in their quality. The once thick, juicy hamburger patties have been replaced with cheap, thin, flavorless pieces of nothing. I was barely able to locate any of the sauces on the burger when before, the burger would be dripping with it. Even the sauce cup for the fries was only half full when they brought it out. Unfortunatley, it looks like my one time favorite lunch spot is now just a glorious memory.

I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised — for the most part. My service was friendly and attentive, as well as quick, especially for the lunch hour. Food was very good and I was pleased to see they took my gluten free requests seriously, pointing out that fried onions that came with my order were breaded. The burger itself was delicious and seemed to be made with quality ingredients. My only complaint would be that the gluten free bun was very cold, likely because it was refrigerated. Even before biting into the burger it was clear that the bun was cold to the touch. Still, it didn’t keep me from finishing and I imagine I’ll return.

Yum! We were on our way to try Killer Burger over on 164th but we arrived to find them closed on Sunday. It was a happy accident though because Unilocal sent us over to the Burger Bungalow. It did not disappoint! Other reviews say that the meat is local and organic which is awesome. I figure they would advertise that aspect more, but I didn’t see a sign or notice anywhere in the store or on the menu about the beef being organic. I’ll assume it is. They make all of their sauces in-house to boot. Mushroom Burger: their patties are charbroiled which makes all their burgers extra tasty. I love mushrooms and this burger was A+ Shut Yo’ Mouth: They make you sign a waiver for the Shut Yo’ Mouth. We both tasted the sauce before we ordered the full burger. Sure it’s hot, but it wasn’t any hotter than any habanero sauce we’ve tried in the past. Plus, with all the burger meat, bun, veggies… they take away some of the heat. Don’t get me wrong, the burger is definitely potent, but if you like habanero hotness you’ll dig the Shut Yo Mouth. Fried Mushrooms: spot on! Sweet Potato Fries: also spot on! Pro Tip: If the 50¢ charge for bottled water rubs you the wrong way you can always bring your own!
