I have gone thru the drive thru a couple of times and every time no one greets you at the window when picking up your food and then they just hand it to you. Maybe they ask if you need salt or pepper or ketchup but NO greeting at all, no thank you at all.

This Burgerville by the freeway is neat. It has plenty of seating, including some outdoor tables. As always, this is right slap in the middle among dining options.
I went here for a small pumpkin milkshake. It was good and it arrived quickly, at almost four dollars. Such was scrumptious and deliciously blended with skill.
Such is an approachable joint.

Normally I am extremely happy with Burgervill. I pulled into the drive thru 10:53. I asked if they were still serving breakfast. They paused for a long time and then said no. I asked them when do they stop serving breakfast. She told me 11 o’clock. I did not make a big deal about it. I went ahead and ordered lunch even though that’s not what I came there for. My son and I were looking forward to breakfast. I was also disappointed with the food we ordered. I would have assumed it would have been fresh since they were just starting lunch. Overall the food was just okay. Disappointed overall today.

The Scrambled Eggs were fluffy, the Bacon was crunchy, the Hash Browns were very good and the English Muffin was great.

Wow. Just wow. I had a huge order for an office lunch today 12/​22, and Troy (he might have been the manager) was incredibly accommodating and helpful. I called the order ahead of time at around 11:00 and they were slammed busy. I was treated well by everyone from the moment I called to the moment I picked up my order. I wish I could have given them more time to prepare. I would recommend giving them as much notice as possible for really large orders.

worst yet! I try to support local. But man it is hard to do here they might as well just have a donation plate and then I won’t be disappointed in the food. Ordered the NEW blue burger not cheese, but blue cheese SAUCE. bacon was RAW. and 1 half gallon of sauce made the burger inedible. I also tried the salt lick waffle fries. Did not go for the .45 barbecue or ranch sauce.
Next time I’ll just drive by and throw $ 12.00 out the window at Burger-​nille.

So after spending $ 11 on a very average burger combo, I find out they charge $ 0.45 for BBQ sauce! Now come on. No bbq sauce is worth that. The manager says they recently lowered the price from somewhere around $ 0.70.
Avoid this restaurant chain until they figure out how to treat their customers.

Ah, it is Jimmy’s favorite burger joint! He love their special sauce so much– he love extra sauce for his cheeseburger!
I love the fact that Burgerville offer gluten free buns! They carry Tillamok cheese!

Normally I can’t complain about Burgerville! BUT HOLY COW! Not only was drive through closed with a sign saying «dine in and you’ll be rewarded»
I dined in and boy did I get rewarded… With nothing! But a big gross nasty dog (yes you read that right, a real dog) sitting on a booth next me to with his owner, eating a piece of bacon off the table!!! I’m in shock this can actually occur! FOOD TO GO PLEASE! Gross, and I love dogs but get real!

Customer service was awesome here. A double cheeseburger with medium combo is about $ 10. I don’t have a problem paying that, but the portions were very small.

So its 4th of July and I have to work. My Co workers and I are all hungry and no one was smart enough to bring a bbq to a slow day at work. Like always I wanted a cheese burger so me and one of my Co workers decided to go to BV. I decided to be generous on this holiday and buy everyone lunch. The drive thru lady was more than accommodating with this particular large order. she asked me if I had my BV card and of course I didn’t, but instead of just brushing it off she looked me up in the system and gave me the points. They also made sure I had more than enough napkins. These are the little things that keeps me coming back to Burgerville!
