This place has the most amazing yet disgusting tacos ever. I love them when I’m not sober. Like looooove them. I can put down more than I’m willing to admit. I then feel guilty about it the entire next day as I’m making surprise trips to the bathroom. As a friend once said «prepare your anus» when you eat JinB tacos! The drive through is hit and miss if you order pretty much anything. I’ve gone through 3 times in the last few months and only received what I actually ordered one of those times.

They have a lot of seating. Together the space looks like a cool cafeteria. The seats were available at all. different levels and styling. Some were high chairs around circular tables, others were lower at regular tables you would expect and they even had some facing the window which surprises me.

I have stopped here a few times to grab something quick while on my lunch break and every single time regardless of how busy it is, it takes forever! And this is in the drive thru! I thought It was supposed to be fast food. If I wanted to wait this long for something to eat I would have gone and sat down somewhere nicer…

How the heck do I order a #10 and just get a bun with cheese and mayo confused? Yes It was late and really busy but I still adleast expect meat lol

Super slow service, when we got to window to pay server was rude seemed to be bugged to work, she took payment then just slammed window then was texting on her red cell phone then was on the cordless phone touching the phone then all the food, counters, gross. To top it off got soda with nothing water no flavored, went back to get it replaced we were polite, said the syrup was out or maybe they should check there lines, no sorry nothing has to get another flavor, what the heck, to many people want a job to get customer service like this.

Super sketch location or customers. Not quite sure, but I’m 99% sure the guy I shared the lobby with was cracked out. Creepy.
The table was sticky, I immediatley wanted to autoclave myself once I got back to the hospital.
Food was fine, I wish that my cheeseburger wan’t slapped together though. I had to put it together myself. Dislike.
The staff was also unprofessional, I mean, I know it’s just a Jack in the Box, but I don’t want to hear about what or who you did last night.

The food was okay. The service here is garbage.
I got lucky and an employee saw me after about 4 minutes of waiting, a guy that came in after me waited about 10 minutes for service. The girl who helped me didn’t crack a smile or even make eye contact with me. The employees were yelling to each other from opposite sides of the kitchen. I work fast food and I make an effort to at least appear happy; it’s pretty easy to smile. Needs new management or all new employees.

I stopped by here just to get a couple of sodas with my son so we could sit and talk for a while. Then my always hungry 23 year old son asked if he could have a breakfast sandwich, to which I agreed. We stepped up to the counter and stood there for about 5 minutes and did not get a hello, eye contact, or even an apology from the plethora of yelling employees behind the counter. We walked out through the crowd of ten other people waiting.
There is no point in going here again. Way too many other options.

When I lived in Vancouver Washington. and worked 10 hour 2nd shifts in Portland. I could always count on these guys to give me pretty decent food. especially for fast food. Jack In The Box has always been one of the most reliable fast food joints I have eaten at.
