I took my nephews here and they had a blast. It would be cool if they had a coffee bar or better seats for the adults though! But, a great activity for the kids! I would do it again if they asked.

Currently here with my kids for my daughter’s school fundraiser and I wish I found out about this place sooner. My kids are definitely enjoying themselves. A great way to tire them out. This place has 6 big jumping areas and a medium sized play area with toys. It’s worth the price! The staff are very friendly. I’ll be bringing my kids back here for sure.

We had a great experience here today. I love that they have «7 and under» times so that the little kids don’t get overwhelmed by the bigger ones. The prices are good and the woman working there was very friendly and provided great service. This is going to be our go-​to rainy weather destination!

Love this place. I started bringing my daughter right before she turned 3. After one or two times playing with her, she is happy to play with the other kids/​by herself for almost two hours. I now have a second child, so it’s great that we’ve found a place where she can play independently. We definitely get our money’s worth.
The last time I was here, I was breastfeeding my youngest, and the staff member was kind enough to bring me a complimentary bottled water. Great customer service makes this place even more enjoyable.
I usually plan to arrive about 15 minutes after their listed open time, as they have been late a few times. However, they did offer a discount when they opened late. Also, I wish the bathroom had a little better lighting or something — I think it looks a little dingy.
Someone else mentioned injuries, but I’ve come at least 6 times and never seen one.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They made our party as care free as you can with a bunch of four year olds. For the price, it’s tough to beat! Thanks, JJ Jump.

I recently took my two grandchildren to this location. It was excellent and I will go there again! It’s was clean and supplied with hand sanitizer and nice soft Puffs tissues for little noses. The areas were all well supervised and kept in control! My grandchildren are ages 3 and 6. Love this place!

Location wise it’s not the best, very hidden in an industrial/​business complex. Location aside, if you are looking for a place to wear out your little ones then you have found the place.
The hours of open free play can be less than convenient because of so many birthdays that are reserved here but either way the kids have a ton of fun.
A note of caution, plenty of kids do get injured here so beware of rough play.

I recently had a birthday party for my child at this location. The cost was right and the kids had fun. There were however a few issues.
1) When I booked the time I was supposed to get goodie bags with the kids. I mentioned this to the cashier and the cashier said unfortunately the shipment did not come in and there were no goodie bags. Ok, I should have at least been notified. I would have brought some from home.
2) I asked and apparently the Cash Cube was broken. Fine, but then stop advertising it as part of the birthday package.
3) The party information page says that the $ 50 deposit is REFUNDABLE if the party is cancelled at two weeks + prior to the date of the party. This is inaccurate. Once you book the package the paperwork says that the $ 50 is TRANSFERABLE to another time within a few months of the cancelled party. I don’t know about you, but if I have to cancel a birthday party at a place I don’t want to throw my kid a birthday party there a month or so after their birthday has passed.

Good time — we had a blast. Parents could even get their jump on. We went on a Thursday — wasn’t too busy. Would never attempt on a weekend. Might make a lot of sense for son’s upcoming 5^th birthday.

The only complaint I have and its more a feflection of my big but then it is the place… not comfy seating for the Parents… but for what it costs and how much my 3 year old loves the place… Id go if there wasnt even a bench to sit on… clean well managed for safety… priced reasonably… a few hours of real fun and if you pay a little for your kids to play here you will have the benifit of not having that bully in the corner teaching you kid which finger to stick up and what words will make your parents cry in public… kids are will behaved cause all their parents paid a bit to get their kid in… GREAT PLACE WE WILL BE BACK

I took my daughter here a few weeks ago and she had a blast! This is a fantastic place to bring your kids. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating is because the hours are crap and there mobile site is not clear on when there open. I took my daughter back yesterday witch was a Monday and they closed at 1pm! I mean who closes at 1pm on a weekday. Unless its a weekend any one that has a family with two working parents is SOL. So we ended up going to Dizzy Castle witch was also a blast. But if you can make it between the crazy hours your kids will have a blast and you might as well. (Yes I bounced around in the big fun house and loved every minute of it)

It is tucked away into the far corner of an industrial complex, it is not easy to find and looks so very unassuming but to your kids it is Nirvana, it is Heaven, it is the Holy Grail. It is JJ Jump; an inflatable wonderland for kids and a place to have a birthday for your little darling and scads of his or her hyperactive friends.
On this particular occasion the Tax Deduction and I were there for a friend of his sixth birthday. Kids get free playtime for an hour and fifteen minutes on six inflatable play structures. Then the kids get herded over to the Ca$h Cube where the birthday kid puts his arms through these sleeves and tries to catch prizes and money while the other kids scream loudly. Then it is time for the party room when kids are fed food, cake and apple juice or fruit punch. Properly sugared up they do not any extra playtime they get ushered out the door? Seems a little backward but it kind of works.
The inflatable play areas are in good repair, there is plenty of safe padding on the floors and the young people who work there take safety seriously. I was impressed with how well they all worked with the young kids. There could be better, more comfortable seating for the adults to sit and wait for their kids to get their play on rather than a bench. I’m not asking for a Barc-​a-​Lounger but a table would be nice.
All in all it is a good place to take your little ankle biter for some clean, safe fun.
