It’s probably just this location, but I’ve never been so alone in such a giant business before. There were plenty of employees, don’t get me wrong, but none of them were ‘available.’ I even walked up to a threesome having a chat about non work-related topics who were utterly unable to help me. The layout of the store is awkward, employees either not knowledgeable or non-existent. I’ll just stick to the other big box hardware store.

I just bought a shopvac and some tools here. I have noticed they changed their price on the shopvac from the last time I visited their place and their supervisor took care of me.
I have spent over $ 2500 in this store alone and it’s been a very good experience which is why I keep coming back.

This is our go to store for all things home repair or updating. We bought our house about two months ago & now the projects are starting.
I feel that Lowe’s has better supplies than home depot, or maybe more variety. I also feel the store is layed out better & things are easy to find.

I really appreciate the great customer service that I experience when I visit my local Lowe’s on Mill Plain. Darrell in tools, Marcie in outside sales, and everyone else are HONEST and helpful. I will be a loyal customer due to these great folks that have that great mix or integrity and personality.
